Hotel Tautermann

Excellent stay, great location to walk into town, and close to bus routes for everywhere…

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was ok although little cramped for 4 people. It’s a 10 min walk downhill to the Main Street. The Christmas market is just across the street after you cross the bridge. The breakfast is was included and the options were ok, not too much variety but good enough. Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Clean room, in a cool location, parking can be tricky but the staff were very helpful to accommodate and give advice and this was also clearly communicated in advance, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was super helpful and nice. It’s not very quiet as the church bells ring every 15 minutes. As I’m a light sleeper I was awake

Parking on site was helpful. Breakfast was great. English was spoken very well.

Staff very friendly. Allowed us to check-in early, giving us the opportunity to drop off bags and begin venturing around the city. Front desk worker geave us a map and directions on how to get downtown, which was a very short walk across the bridge. Would certainly highly recommend booking here for short trips to Innsbruck.

Property was very clean and quiet, it was also conveniently located about 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again

Comfy beds, clean rooms with lovely views of the snow capped mountains. My kids particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Nice room, breakfast included, parking included. They did our laundry one day for 10 euros, EXCELLENT!

Good location, room and clean no great but ok

I liked the breakfast and the location. I didn’t like that the water in the shower had such extreme temperature changes that we were getting burned and frozen every 5 seconds… probably from various flushing toilets at the hotel…

Very helpful and accommodating

Good location to visit Innsbruck old town. Bath was a little tired but otherwise nothing wrong with it.

Great location, value for money and amazing staff

The gentle man that checked us in was friendly. The room was basic and we were glad to find a room to accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen kids). The beds were firm (firmness is a personal preference, but for me much too firm for a comfortable night's sleep. The most frustrating part was not having hot water for showers. One person showered around 9:30pm and the shower was fine. The second shower was around 11:30 and it was cool/cold (not freezing but definitely not warm or hot as you'd expect). The morning showers were also the same. Mind you that the first shower that was warm was not excessively long using up the hot water. When I checked out in the morning I alerted the woman to the issue and she said that the only thing she could offer us was another room to shower in. At that point, we had already showered (too much of an inconvenience to try to solve the problem when you are already in the shower). I was disappointed that we weren't offered any compensation as we paid quite a bit for the room and didn't have the basic services like a proper shower.
