Room did not have a fridge/ freezer so had to ask them to store for me. The delay compromised my drug supply plus inconvenience.
The shower soap & shampoo dispensers were empty so we used our own

Stay was good, air conditioning did not work, could choose when we had room cleaned and towels changed. Service was friendly, good location. No iron or kettle in room but there was a vending machine and coffee machine in reception where you can pay for coffee or tea
