Very nice vey creative hotel. Located in heart of the car-free shopping street: Mariahilfer Straße.
Hotel has a wonderful roof top bar and music theme throughout…they even had a record player-turntable to play free albums on loan from lobby. The only reason i gave 4 stars for condition was because our room’s wallpaper was peeling at the ceiling line. I reported to front desk upon checkout.

Modern boutique hotel, walkable to tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast was very good and having a record player in the room added a nice touch. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was so cool. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent. Very clean, convenient and quite. My only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and lumpy for me but I get most people like that. Ideal location - walk to the train, shops and the sites in less than 10-mins. The sauna is fantastic!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted to see with most things being a fifteen minute walk. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower, hot and powerful. The entire hotel has a stylish somewhat funky design. The gym was small but fine and the large sauna was especially nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the potstickers. would highly recommend the hotel.

Spacious rooms perfect for family. I felt safe that the lobby doors locked and you needed a key for re entry. There was a washer so it’s great for long stays. It was right in front of the tram, which is super convenient.

If yoi are a music lover and enjoy vinyl records, this is the place for you. Generous room with your own recird player and a great rooftop bar. We will stay again if we return to Vienna.

This hotel is very nice, with decent-sized rooms, located in a very convenient area. The rooms are equipped with record players and one can borrow records from the front desk. There is a great breakfast and they play real music in the dining area. Lovely place!

Stayed for 9 days in June 2025. The hotel is in a central position for places of interest and great places to eat in close proximity with the U Barn just minutes from Hotel Jazz. The style of the hotel is smart and modern , well maintained. The staff from the reception area, cleaning and the breakfast crew are friendly and professional and make you fell welcome. The breakfast options are extensive with everything from cooked to continental available, probably the best we have encountered.

Very clean, tidy and unique hotel. A majority of the staff are excellent except one guy on reception who needs to realise he is in a job that requires him to help the customers not think he's right and the customers are wrong !!
Only couple of downsides were that we were given the wrong room on arrival as I'd asked and paid for a bassline room with an outside area. Instead we were given a middle floor room with no balcony or outside area. It took a day to move us and the guy that did was extremely rude about it, and tried to convince us we had the right room.
I would go back, but maybe certain staff need re-training !!
