I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn. The location is very convenient, with a metro station right across the street, making it easy to reach the city center in just 5-6 stops.
The hotel is clean, modern, and recently renovated, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with parking arrangements, which come at a reasonable fee.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna, and I highly recommend it!

Generally it was good. But avoid rooms with windows on the street - the noise is unbelievable if yoh like to sleep with the fresh air. The TV didn't work. The breakfast is good and tasty except the coffee which is of a poor quality. Very good location to visit downtown.

A great place to stay in Vienna. The subway station just outside means you are only 10 minutes from the old city centre or to the parks at Schonbrunn.
Hotel was clean, newly refurbished rooms are comfortable and a good size and staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall a great place to stsy.

Perfect location. Close to metro/subway. Very quiet. Nice bar in Lobby, great breakfast in the morning. You can open windows in the room, which was good because room was a little stuffy.

Breakfast hostess was extremely rude. As a result our party of 3 did not eat breakfast on any of our 6 day visit.
One evening around 5 PM, 3 middle eastern men knocked on our room door to ask if we were happy with the room service. This made me incredibly uncomfortable.
We had to ask for bottled water. It was left on the day of arrival but not replenished until we asked and for that day only.
Had to ask the receptionist for more soap in the shower/ bathroom. Not replenished.
The elevators were slow. Also, the room service staff took priority over guests.

You can check in online prior to arrival. This is good. However once we got there we were given the room key and not explained anything else. for example where the breakfast room is or how to self prompt about room cleaning service on an Ipad in the room. For this reason our room wasn't cleaned till 5pm on day1, there was dirty cleaning cloth left on the bed, no bath was provided and used cups not removed and no refill of teas and coffee

The hotel is right at the center of Vienna. Very convenient. All important places in Vienna are just short drives away. It's very close to the train station and lots of restaurants around the hotel

Classic American style hotel. Great location, right across the street from the metro. Great breakfast place a couple blocks away and lots of restaurants near by. A little snafu with our cab the morning we left but it was quickly remedied.

The hotel is excellent. The train station is right across the hotel and there is a grocery store on the corner. Very convenient. Frond desk staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was awesome!!!!
