Location was GREAT. Loved being close to the underground station. We would get pastry, do wherever we wanted and come back to our nice clean and comfortable room and then easily found good food and shopping. If we come back to Vienna we will stay there again.

Clean. If your room faces the backyard, beware of pegions that are everywhere. I found 2 of them in the room after I opened the window. The premium room was not premium! Too small and the bathroom tiny for an average person; hard to access the vanity (too narrow). Shower stall small even for an average size person.

Nice room however we were opposite the service lift and so couldn't sleep in past 8.30am due to lots of crashing around, hoovering, etc. Not an issue if you are morning people I suppose! There is a traditional Austrian restaurant opposite that I would highly recommend!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Overall it is pretty good although, our room on the 4th floor had a sloping ceiling. We had a different room last year which was better. The rooms are reasonably clean, the top shelf in our cupboard was very dusty, perhaps because the cleaners can't reach. I dusted it myself. The area is handy for the Westbanhof train station and two lines of the underground as well as a number of restaurants on Mariahilfstrasse. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold options. Staff were a bit slow at clearing tables though. Perhaps they were short staffed when we were there. It didn't spoil the holiday though. Overall it was fine and Vienna is a beutiful city.
