Location was great, sound proofing to the street was non existent you could even hear normal conversations on the street 2 floors below. The WiFi was terrible even after asking twice about it. Breakfast was adequate , restaurant meals were very good and entertainer was excellent. We asked for sheets for the bed for the first few nights and they were removed each morning, they then realised to leave them. We paid €1000 extra for the week than what was available when we checked it out, we questioned why this was and we’re told it’s because we booked with Hotel.Com / Expedia. The leisure centre was excellent which made up for the shortcomings

Great bed, outdoor pool/spa area, breakfast was fantastic, staff is great. Only downside is you can sometimes hear your neighbor especially if they sing while they shower.

Overall, this hotel is definitely worth staying in, and I would come back again. We were there as part of a large group of 14 young professionals and we were all happy with the hotel. Food, service, cleanliness and facilities were all good. If skiing, the ski room is easily accessible from the street and the hotel and is secure, but the hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the Penkenbahn lift. The pool and spa are excellent, clean and well maintained. The only shame is that you can't enjoy a beer or champagne in the hot tub or pool, although other guests were flouting that rule, so you may choose to take your chances. Drinks are generally reasonably priced and the hotel service was good. The two negatives are the evening pianist who plays the same songs every night, and the volume from the street outside if you have a room facing out to the front of the hotel. All night until around 0300 revellers shout and sing, and from 0500 the bins collection starts, meaning that you get 2 hours of decent sleep. I highly recommend speaking to the hotel and ensuring you get a room that is at the back of the hotel. Finally, worth bringing your own toiletries as whilst soap is in dispensers, there is nothing else provided.

Good sized rooms and great breakfast. The real gem is the spa area on 4th floor - swim outdoors & dip in the hot tub looking up at the mountains. Magical.

Lovely comfortable spacious rooms, very friendly family run hotel, great facilities incl indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, all free to use. Great breakfast, and superb location, couldn’t ask for more

Overall the hotel is excellent, except for the restaurant where food service can be on the slow side when the restaurant is busy, which is mostly the case. A suggestion would be to speed up the drinks order, which would make the wait more acceptable and doubtless improve bar sales?
