The place itself was very nice. Convenient with bus station in frint & train station beside. Even with that it quiet. Staff was wonderful. As a lone female i was uncomfortable walking in the neighborhood clise to & in the dark. Yet many things were a close walking distance.

4 floor stay at the front overlooking the bus station. No noise from the buses however could hear the rumble of the trains behind the station occasionally. Great coffee machine, bathroom good with separate toilet. Car parking underneath hotel with easy access. Shop next door offering large selection of items

Parking is underground, safe, clean with good access into the hotel. A much larger sign at the end showing hotel name would make 1st time arrival much easier.
Check in process was pathetically slow - really slow. The system was slow, some card readers didn't! And why ask for the same information to be entered on a slow tablet, that you have already given through the booking process. Reception was a sad area! Most staff cheerful and barstaff helpful. Breakfast pleasant but nothing special. Concentrate orance juice being squirted into a glass of water was weird. Pretty tasteless. Rooms functional but no warmth there. Espresso coffee m/c equivalent was there but nothing else.
