No parking or vehicle assessable from outside to the hotel

very conveniently located so great but facilities absolutely poor- bed/mattress sunk and worn, no hot water in bathroom, frequent wifi shut down .

Great location for tourists in old town. It was very quiet as there is no traffic in the area.

DO NOT Trust the owner, On January 28th I booked a 3 night stay 8th-11th of April. Upon arrival I was told I did not have a reservation, I showed my Orbitz confirmation, then he told me I had cancelled it, I never did, then he told me they were sold out, no offer to find me another hotel or any help, I refused to leave; an hour later then miraculously he found the confirmation email, but only had a room for 2 nights, my last night would be 1 hour away in a dingy 2:5 star sister hotel called Miraj hotel, He offered to pay my metro card, (thanks, I got it), now he is disputing this and dragging his feet and refusing to refund the difference. Ironically I work in the hospitality industry and this is terrible ownership in my professional opinion, stay somewhere else or risk this happening to you on your holiday. I cannot believe you would treat a guest like this. If I had wanted to stay in a Soviet era built area I would not have booked in the Old City.

This place was nice clean and right in the heart of the Old City. Very easy to explore from this location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but does the job to start you off during the day.

The location in the Old City is excellent. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The hotel and the room were very clean. The WiFi is fast and works well. I could stay at this hotel again!

Staffs were very kind and friendly. Though breakfast starts from 8am, I requested them to have it a bit earlier as I was supposed to be picked up by a tour operator just 8 o’clock. They tried their best what they can do to meet my request. My room was clean and everything was well maintained. Location of this hotel is in the heart of Old Town and very convenient for strolling around the area.

Good location within old town and staffs were very helpful. In addition, they offer quite nice breakfast in the top floor where you can have a sea view. Only issue was the size of room which was bit small. But, overall our stay in this hotel was very satisfactory.

Great stay, nice hotel in picturesque old town. Staff were helpful and arranged airport pick up as I was arriving very late. Large, comfortable room, highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Just get dropped off at the old town gates and walk less than 100m to the hotel. After going through the gates then turn right immediately. Then take a left on the next corner with the restaurants.

The stay was very pleasant. It is a very good location in Old City and quite at night. Staff service was excellent. Included breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. A lot of great restaurants around. It is not a luxury hotel but clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved this little hotel! The people are so friendly, accommodating, helpful, personable - it is very well located to simply walk out your door into the old city. They were extremely helpful with local information - on suggestions for dining, taxis, etc. The room was spacious, spotless, with all the things one could need. A great stay!,

The service in the hotel was beyond excellent. Everyone goes to the extreme to get you what you need. The breakfast was really nice. The cook even provided us with special orders. The area was really nice with everything close by. But for any cars there will be an additional 2manat charge to enter the old town area. The mattress was a bit firm. The bathroom of the rooms on the upper floors with the twin sofa have a slight bad smell. We requested to change the room and they provided us with a different room immediately. The other rooms did not have this problem. This is common in all hotels in old town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel at the old city. Walking distance to many places. Kind and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

As a seasoned international traveler I feel that I can roll with changes in customs and standards, but not in this case. The first bad omen was that there weren't any pictures from the major travel companies. I found some on internet and do not be fooled. This is NOT the cute boutique hotel you think it looks like. The noise from the front desk was appalling, a door that they use every 5 minutes slams shut and wakes the whole hotel up all night (only slightly more disturbing than the constant chatter from staff and transients), filthy dirty rooms in a sad state of disrepair, even the bathrobe was soiled and in a way that was disgusting, as if to say what else isn't attended to, rooms on the first floor should be 'lounges' on the street and not for paying guests, local transients occupy many of the rooms so there is a lot of socializing noise, there is a pool table and room with no rules so people are allowed to play and shout until all hours, breakfast was all about chipped plates and after the robe, well you get the picture. The staff is either inexperienced or just doesn't care If you are a business traveler such as myself they do not take credit cards and are so unorganized they cannot solve the slightest of problems, like what are the local restaurants nearby, etc . much less that you paid through booking with a major agency. Too bad because the location was great in the old town. As I said... this is the worst hotel of the decade.

Nur zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend. Durch die Lage innerhalb der alten Stadtmauern absolut ruhig ( kaum Fahrzeuge ). Wenn es morgens einen Toaster und stärkeren Kaffee gegeben hätte, wäre ein Stern bei der Bewertung dringewesen. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Kaffee und Toaster wurde an der Rezeption angesprochen.
