Not same room I book apartment and they put me in Room and they put me not same hotel outside hotel not safe not reception not king or queen bed its single bed I will not book again in the same hotel never ever

Hotel is amazing and staff very helpful with local advice. Only problem was we were given the wrong room upon arrival and ours wasn't available. We booked room with 3 single beds and received small room with only 1 double bed. We had to stay there and next day they changed us to a 2 bed room, which was also not right but at least 2 seperate beds. After discussions we got a reduce in the price and an apology. Other than that, rooms and location are amazing. Apart from this issue the staff was really helpful and nice.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms very clean (though there was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom) and new-looking. Very quiet, despite being in the centre of the city. Great location for walking around the old city centre and close to shops and restaurants.
