Everyone was so helpful and polite. It was amazing.
I have had the chance to particularly interact a lot with the concierge (Maharram) and he was amazing. I have never received a service like that.

It was for us the first experience in this kind of hotel, and we weren't disappointed.
Our arrival wasn't expected and yet, the staff was very kind with us, at our disposal. And despite the fact that we had difficulties with the means of payment, everything was made possible for us to have the best stay, the best experience, and to make us comfortable.
All in all, it was wonderful.
Thanks again for this amazing experience, and I would like to thank all the staff we encountered.
