It’s in a really great location, within walking distance of Grand Place and Manneken Pis. There are restaurants and fast food stores all around and is situate opposite a grocery, which is very convenient. It can be a bit crowded and noisy outside the hotel but we did not hear it from our room. We enjoyed our stay.

Must admit, I was a bit disappointed by this hotel. It's not that it was a bad place but it was the most expensive on our trip and didn't live up to my hopes / expectations. Conveniently located in pedestrian area, staff were nice, especially the young man at breakfast who was really helpful. Very dark room, both in decor and inadequate lighting. The beds were comfy but one bedside light not working. Radiator in bathroom had thick dust/fluff on the wiring and there were splash marks down the wall in the loo. Floor in bedroom could have benefitted from a deep clean to lift it a bit. Kitchenette was pretty good but microwave at head height could prove challenging for smaller people. There was a coffee machine but only one pod of coffee and one of decaff for 2 people. Further supplies were available to buy... Breakfast area could do with a make over, furniture wasn't great, tables peeling. Breakfast had a lot on offer though but one staff member trying to keep up with clearing etc who was doing his best to keep on top of it while also fixing the waffle maker and making fresh pancakes (they were yummy, thanks) Great soundproofing, didn't hear a peep from any other guests.

Great experience. Room was clean and spacious, and had great double glazing on windows that kept out all of the noise of the street. Location was also very convenient. All staff members that we interacted with were very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were large, had lots of storage, and were clean. They have a kitchenette available for those who wish to cook. The location is convenient to bars, restaurants, the Main square (Grand Place) with all the tourist related stores, and the train station. The main drawback is that the subway entrance, which is next door to the hotel, draws a large population of mentally ill and homeless people. If I were a female traveling alone I would not feel safe leaving the hotel. I saw homeless men bothering solo females on a daily basis with no police presence to stop it. Once you enter the confines of the hotel this problem disappears. Note: although I did not use it there is a gym on the property for those who would be staying longer periods. Overall a nice place. A couple of officers on the block would make a good addition

My stay was prepaid, I only needed to pay the city tax on arrival. Checking my credit card transactions afterwards, I discovered that my credit card was charged for a second time by the hotel, which means I paid twice for the same (and my only) stay at this hotel... There was a time I refused to give my credit card details at check-in after my credit card was most probably copied at a hotel in Spain, I need to return to this policy.

A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean.

In the heart of everything, really good spot to stay. If you’re from America, it’s like staying in Times Square, but much cleaner area. Laundry is easy to use, staff is super friendly.

Stayed 8 nights. The hotel is located right next to De Brockeure subwaybstation with easy connections to the other lines. Carrefour Express right across the hotel. Another 3 supermarkets in the area all within 3 to 5 mins walk. The main Brussels Christmas Market was just a 3 minute walk. Grand Palace was a 5 min walk. Overall an excellent location. We booked a one bedroom apt, with small kitchenette. A comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is available through late morning and is very wholesome. This Ibis hotel is within short walks to supermarket and a pharmacy. The neighborhood does not offer much in terms if entertainment or attraction, but feels lived in, family-oriented, has a lot of suburban charm, and decorates itself for the holidays. As it happened, the hotel elevator was out of order on the day we came to stay, but the staff enthusiastically helped with hauling our heavy suitcases upstairs (and downstairs the next morning for checkout.) Free arrival shuttle is available on request. Great value overall!

Nice little room that was ideal for our 2 night stay. Located centrally so it is walkable to most places. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and perfect for what we needed.

Location! This hotel is so convenient to Metro and walking distance from tons of shops, attractions, restaurants, and the Grande Palace. The area stays open late. The staff were all very friendly and were able to communicate with us in English and French (the languages I know) Having a kitchen is great. The rooms are a very good size. Everything was clean. Large windows. It is secure at night. The location is in a busy area for activity. We would stay here again.
