Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place

I have stayed in the number of Aparthotels and usually, I am pleasantly surprised at how clean, bright and beautifully designed they are. Unfortunately, this Aparthotel is dirty, dingy and in an extremely filthy and unsafe corner in the center city. The unit was brown on brown which was oppressive and outdated. The “gym” had two machines in a tiny windowless room. I paid the same for this hotel as I have for other much nicer places.

Great location great staff good breakfast and rooms very well organized for a family of four.

Homeless people outside the door. We asked for a room with 2 beds and he did not accommodate us.

Convenient and walkable to attractions , near train station , restaurants . Room has all the amenities needed ( safe , kitchenette and ample space for clothes ) likes that the toilet is separate from from the shower .

Close to transport. Few eat out options. Overall a very conveniently located hotel, with good service and patience.

We stayed in a studio apartment. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. At night the double glazing made the room very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well maintained property. Good size rooms. The laundry room on the 2nd floor is very handy. The kitchenette was ideal for prepping simple meals or reheating leftovers. Easy access to multiple modes of public transport. Situated close to main shopping areas. Countlese food options in the area. There’s a supermarket across the street. No daily housekeeping and there’s a charge if you want to get new towels. The towel policy was my only concern. You are expected to use the same towels for 6 nights or pay a fee to have them changed.

Walkable to every where. Lot of choice to eat, supermarkets, pharmacy. Breakfast is infamous. Seriously can not be worst. You can breakfast in a coffee shop downstairs or grab something from the supermarket across the hotel. Or, look for another 🏨 hotel.

Ideal facilities for our stay! Lively area especially at night but soundproof windows do a great job of taking the edge off that. Helpful staff, no complaints!

Staff was super welcoming coming in! The room was very comfortable and roomy! We loved that you can store the bed away into the wall and convert that space to a mini couch. The place had a working kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, mini fridge, dishwasher, and separate doors for the bathroom, shower and room! Truly felt like a home. The only confusing thing was the trash must be discarded in a specific way but that’s just because we come from a country that doesn’t recycle the same way and it took some reading and research to understand how to throw our trash away properly. Would definitely recommend this place and will 100% book with Aparthotel Adagio when given the opportunity!

Great value, very central, clean and modern. Nice to have dishwasher tablets, cloth, sponge and washing up liquid supplied too. Highly recommend. Staff also friendly
