The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels just steps away from the main square. However, the main issue is that we did not receive the room we had paid for. Instead of the larger room we booked, we were given a much smaller one. At the end of our stay, I confirmed with the front desk that the room was indeed different from what I had reserved. I was told to email the manager, but even after several days I have not received a response. It is disappointing to pay for one room and be given something else entirely, and this really affected my overall impression of the stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast at this hotel. The front staff always greeted us as we entered and left the hotel. The location was outstanding!

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Europe, the size of the room was great in comparison to others. Excellent location, right in the heart of where you want to be. Few minutes walk from the central train station as well! Staff were very friendly.

Bed was super comfortable, cafe downstairs and the food was adequate but slow service. No fridge though and there was dust on the wall and on the back of the bed. It was not quiet. Around 6 am, you can hear them taking out bottles, trash cans talking and laughing But the location and staff are Perfect!!

Excellent hotel in the absolutely best location. Room was good and bathroom was excellent.Bed was really comfy too. Staff super friendly and really helpful giving good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast could be better as its off a menu from Lloyds cafe a buffet would have been better. Overall would fully recommend
