Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

Room was small, but that’s what I paid for.

Although the rooms was renovated, it still looked kind of worn and unfurnished. The lobby was beautiful.

We visited in 2020. Since then, the hotel has been extensively refurbished. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic. Close to the city centre and a short walk to the underground station.

love the experience at this hotel. love the size of my 2 connecting room which allow my family of 3 stay together. Very spacious and clean. the price is very reasonable. the breakfast range was good enough, only 1 or 2 options was quite bad quality, otherwise it is very good. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. there is also a gym available for use.

The stay was amazing and the staff they are awesome.

a very nice hotel near to everything in the center of Bruxelles

Easy parking but very tight spaces. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast average, More hot dishes choice would be great. Room a bit dark not enough lighting and a bit old fashioned decorating. Overall: clean , simple. Fair with the price.

We were all pleasantly surprised. The room was large and clean. The beds very super comfortable. The location was perfect. It was quiet at night. We all lived it!

Friendly staff. Good location. Good breakfast

For the price, this was a good stay in a central location in Brussels, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. It could use a good renovation and paint job but then it wouldn't be the same price, right? The WiFi was spotty and didn't work at all on my floor for a day despite it being reported by multiple people and being told the would reset the router to fix the problem. Luckily it worked in the lobby so I could finish my work.

En general todo estuvo bien. Sin embargo, la bañera estaba quebrada y se salía el agua cuando uno se bañaba. Al final se hacía un charco en el baño.

A large, worn, hotel, centrally located and convenient for most purposes. The rooms are clean and warm, but expect nothing but the bare minimum. There are no functioning room safes, and the breakfast is below average for Brussels.

Short but nice stay in a cold Bru elles

The hotel is at a perfect location, walkable to main attractions and restaurants. The only complaint I have is the breakfast card system.

Lovely hotel not very far from the Christmas markets but the markets were disappointing as it’s was mainly alcohol and hot food. We took a taxi from the airport using uber app and cost €34 for 3 persons. Reception staff were very helpful and the lobby smelt wonderful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay however a few things could be looked at by the hotel management and then I would have given 5 stars all around. Problems and suggestions 1.Breakfast was cold on the first day and so used a microwave to warm bacon and scrambled eggs. 2.Tables could do with a small container to put waste like sugar wrappers jams and butter wrappers keeping the table clear of clutter and helping the waiting staff to clear the tables. 3.We fancied having dinner and asked reception what the menu was and we were politely directed to the hotels website but unfortunately did not show a menu only a picture of an American breakfast with a fried egg of which was not served at breakfast. It would make sense and could help generate revenue if the daily menu was displayed in the foyer/reception area. 4. The bathroom was nice however black mold along the baths silicone not nice to look at but very each to be removed. 5.when I went back to my room the aircon didn’t work and I didn’t want to complain about it as it wasn’t that important as I don’t have it at home. 6. The floor drain in the bathroom smelt of sewage and rotten eggs so I placed the shower bath mat over it to reduce the smell

Very covenient , clean and pleasant

My reason for staying at this hotel is due to the laundry facility available. Unfortunately, I was miss informed by the add, the hotel does NOT have a laundry faculty. I had to take my laundry to a coin laundry mat.

Bathrooms need upgrading. The shower over the bath in my room was very poor. Virtually no water pressure, and the temperature valve was faulty. Struggled both mornings to have a decent shower
