Very average hotel for the price honestly. The entire thing needs some renovation and the mattress felt like a baloon, really not comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel. It was beyond my expectations. Except on lady in the reception rest of the staffs were great. Unfortunately my room was not ready on time and had to wait 30 mins at lobby. The staff didn’t put any effort to compensate the delay.

A bit awkward to find down the small street, obviously to no fault of theirs my phone died and I was left to ask a taxi driver where abouts it was quite late on, confortable beds, good breakfast and a decent gym for a hotel, good location for Brussels Noord train station and the tootbus sightseeing stop is a 2 minute walk which i would recommend to anyone interested in seeing Brussels during their stay, reception area is very nice but rest of the hotel is pretty dated

A very nice experience. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was placed at a very comfortable spot (visible from bed, but not too close to disrupt sleep), and the bath tub was really nice!
The location was great, very easy to get to/from the airport and train station.
Also, a very nice location to have a nice long walk around all the city main views
