I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for metro into Brussels attractions. Room was perfect, clean and fresh, fluffy towels. The bottles of water were a welcome bonus especially in recent heatwave!
Staff were helpful too.
Would definitely recommend and will see if i can book here again in my next trip.

The room was nice, clean, and affordable. It was easy to check-in and the hotel is a short walk to the city center. There were some noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and the walls are thin but, otherwise, a good place to stay. Would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very busy area just opposite the huge building site. Our room's window were facing another building, so there was no daylight.There was a power cut in the morning which lasted around 30 mins, so it was pitch black in our room. The reception staff didn't seem helpful at all. I wouldn't stay there again.

While the price was good for this hotel, there was no parking around that didn’t have you walking your suitcase through Brussels. It was located on the outskirts of the seedy area of Brussels and has major construction in front of it.

This is a budget hotel but very very acceptable. Very clean, friendly staff, very good location if you are traveling by train from Brussels Midi.
I recommend the breakfast. The price of food in Brussels is very high so this inexpensive buffet breakfast makes it a perfect addition to your stay

There was bed bugs in my room, big one actually.
Room vas old, furniture, wall damaged
And persistent cigarette smoke smell
I stay more than 200 nights a year in hotels over the last 10 years. That one is amongst my worst one. Even youth hostel are better maintained
