I really like the location of the hotel, with lots of options for dining. It is also walkable to historic center and most activities and it is close to the train station.

Hotel Portinari was a great choice for three of us travelling together. We were within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions like Charles Bridge and the downtown area. We spent 3 nights here and would happily stay again when visiting Prague. Staff were attentive and helpful, and the breakfast offerings in the morning before the days adventures were a great way to start out.

Shower is in the bathtub without a way to hold shower head mounted to wall above while showering. Also there is no door on the shower room, only a curtain. Nice looking room just odd configuration.

Saved us in a pinch. Evening staff was excellent. Be aware our double room bathroom had glass walls and no door. Open room concept. So no privacy from your travel companion.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location . The rooms are clean and quiet but the room configuration or layout was very awkward. It may be irritating for some. In our case, the toilet opened up directly next to the head of the bed!

Hotel was very central in a walking city.
Locating Hotel and parking was extremely difficult without simple instructions or direction which would have made it very easy and simple. Hotel should include parking instructions in its offer. There is very convenient public parking under the square immediately in front of the hotel with elevators that emerge right at the hotel entrance. Without knowing this, it is extremely challenging to drive to/park as hotel is located in center of pedestrian restricted zones.

The property is located strategically at the busiest part of town. The only down side of the property is the shower area is see through. It should be covered by a thicker curtain instead.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The location was perfect. Close enough to all of the sights but not in the "center" so it was nice and quiet at the end of the night. We stayed there for an anniversary and the team did a great job setting up flowers and cava in the room for when we arrived. It had an all modern vibe which was nice and super close to the train station for an easy arrival and departure. I would stay again and again

The receptionist was extremely helpful. We had a hard time finding how to get to the parking garage thru the streets of Brugge which made is almost late for a scheduled tour. She was very helpful in trying to help me contact the tour agency and very good with giving us directions. A more detailed description on how to access the parking (underground) should be added to the hotel website.
