Great place

Very nice appartment style room (we had one of the family rooms). Comfy beds, very clean, nice staff. Shared balcony area. We arrived on a very hot day and although air con had been installed it wasn’t operational until the following week so the room was very hot.

Fantastic location in central Brussel, easy to get to from the main stations, once there walking distance to most places, with sites, bars & restaurants close by. Staff were really friendly, check-in easy and luggage storage provided. It was quiet at night (inside), although became noisy from the street in the morning (we had to have the windows open for air flow). The premium double room was ok, with en-suite & TV, although quite small and a little tired for the price(although Brussels accommodation is pricy, so possibly aligned with the market?). There was no air conditioning, but a (poorly functioning) fan was provided which just about took the edge off the stuffiness. There was no fan in the bathroom which wasn't great as it was internal with no window or air flow. The shelf above the bed made it difficult to avoid bumping your head. Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly adequate, with cereals, fruits, salad, egg, cheese, salami and mini pastries. Milk could do with being in the fridge and better coffee would be nice.

The place was generally clean and well organised. The recpetionist (Lou) was very nice and hospitable and made me feel at home. The downside is this area tends to be quite noisy at night and the large windows open directly to the street. Also, the breakfast is really poorly made, with bland taste, limited options and ingredients that are well past fresh.

Great location, very centrally located. I had a single room, it was very comfortable and clean. It was a little loud in the night and early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a little limited. There was no fruit for 2 days. The carton milk was warm. Yuck! and not safe. I had originally signed up for a shared 6 person room. I was told upon arrival that I could not have the room that I booked months ago. I was too old apparently! I was not made aware of the issue until I checked in. I had to pay extra money per night to get a single room. Anyone over 35 please be aware of this.

Location was great and close to local bars. It was still quiet in the room though. The free breakfast was a great touch to set us up for the day!

Great hostel, clean, great location and breakfast. Nice people and lots of facilities

Room had 3 bunk beds (ie 6 beds), 2 showers and 2 toilets. You need to make your bed, bedding is provided. Room and toilet was clean. Towel is not provided but can be rented for a small fee. I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception. There was a kitchen to use in the basement and I appreciated the included breakfast which was plentiful (if not the most varied in choice).

Good location- near gare du nord and kfc, burger very close… kitchen open to cook and microwave is a plus

Great staff great location

ブリュッセル北駅から歩いて15分弱。北駅まわりは軽快していたが、特に危ない雰囲気もなく歩いて来られた。 ベッドの横幅が若干狭い（計っていないが体感としてはセミシングル）のがちょっと残念。 真夏だと冷房がないのがきついかもしれないが、それはこの手のホステル共通の問題なので仕方がない。 朝食はパンだけでなくハム・チーズ・野菜もあって文句なし。

Multilingual staff made visiting easy, lack of phone pay support is a bit annoying

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillow, we may have got an hour of sleep. Shower door didn't close and would just keep opening. Walls and floor were a bit dirty. Area was kind of sketchy around part of, my girlfriend did not feel safe at all. It but close enough to attractions and shopping. Staff were nice.

Bunk beds are badly designed - headroom for lower bed is v low. I lost count of the number of times I banged my head. Also the size of in-room lockers are ridiculously small. The charger socket by my bed also didnt work, which was extremely inconvenient as I needed to charge my phone overnight. Most staff also v surly - one on reception just rudely waved me away when i was trying to check out as she had a text message to finish first...
