Wellness Apart Hotel

Grand appartement. Seul problème Très peu de vaisselle et objets de cuisine. Aucun grille pain. Une petit poêlon ou tout collait on devait faire nos toast dedans pour les autres chaudrons trèsdésuet, un petitup date seraibien😉. A notre arrivée Aucun micro-ondes ont a demander et le soir même ont en avais un. Attention pour ceux qui n'apporte pas leur shampoing (dans la douche c'était du savon a main et non gel et shampoing) et comme nous avons manquée de savon, ils sont venus le lendemain et nous ont demander la poche vide...et il l'as rempli. Par chance nous apportons toujours nos savon/shampoing. Quartier Maghrébin donc plein de restaurant de doner etc...essayer les moules farcis au restaurant du coins miammm. Gare bruxelles nord est a 10 minutes a pied et le tram a 2-3 minutes. Sinon marche jusqu'à grand-place est 25 minutes de marche. Si vous laissez les fenêtres ouvertes c'est bruyant a cause du tram et voitures mais si fermé c correct. En gros vous pouvez réserver la sans problème. Le personnel et très gentil et poli.

Great room. However, the location seemed a bit sketchy. At midnight streets were packed, if I wouldn't have known the time, would have guessed 7 pm on a Saturday night.

The property was not what we booked! The rooms were not as we had booked for our group, terrible guest relations and no help from the manager. We left as we felt unsafe. Do not recommend this property

It was so bad that we immediately booked a room at another hotel. I think someone had cooked ramen noodles in the room before we arrived as there was still food debris still left on the stove and counter and the smell of ramen.

The hotel was well maintained. Our room was well equipped and a good size. I would have liked thicker bedding as I was quite cold at night.

The mgr. Was very nice. The young man was very helpful and friendly. The surrounds of the building was very dirty. The maps said, this place wasn’t far from from the city center. I believe 10 mins drive. This is completely the opposite area and no safe area.

Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful

hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels.

Not a good bed, nor the neighborhood No AC working and no light in the shower

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Check in was easy and the staff were polite. The only downside was the mattress which had a big dip in the centre, resulting in a not so comfortable sleep.

It was good value for money

The property itself was in a very sketchy area. Check-in was smooth, but It still seemed a little iffy with process. I had to retrieve my own passport on the copier machine, which did not subside my nervousness about the area. Once we got to our room, there was mold on the ceiling and a broken vanity cabinet. Also, no one informed us that we needed to put the card in the slot in order to have electricity in the entire room. I could tell that at one point, the room look nice, but those days may have passed. People were also smoking right in front of my front door which seeped into the room. I only stayed one night, but that was plenty.

We (family of 5, with 3 kids) stayed here our last night in Belgium, to be closer to the airport. Wish I'd done better research first. Hotel is not in a great part of town, in the 5 minute walk from the tram back to the hotel I had something stolen from a bag I was carrying. Room wasn't very clean, beds were hard, and it was difficult to sleep with the noise from the street. I would not stay here again, especially with kids. There's a tiny parking garage beside the hotel, call inside and they'll open the door for you.

Great little apartment ideal for families

Rough area, but hotel itself felt safe. Apartment older but spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Reception friendly and helpful. Note: they no longer offer breakfast

Check in to the hotel was great, and the manager was polite and very helpful. It was also my first time staying in an apart hotel, and that experience is unforgettable. The room was very nice and warm when the weather was terrible, and my stay was very comfortable.

Nice spot little different than pics and would’ve rather been closer to city center. Not the best area.
