Villa Downtown Mostar

There was an emergency happened to me during the stay. The host was extremely helpful in providing assistance. Very impressive and excellent service and nice host.

My arrival was delayed but the staff waited for me. Good location. Halfway between main bus terminal and the old bridge.

Lovely small hotel with a personal feel to it. The host was friendly and answered any queries. The room felt private and was decorated to a very high standard. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy walk into the tourist area of Mostar with plenty of amenities around. Secure entrance so felt very safe. Excellent stay!

Location is not far from old town yet you don't have a view. Hot water is short but it was still a very comfortable place.

Near to the town centre of Mostar, helpful staff, and the room is in a very well condition.

The hotel has a good location being only 10 minutes from the old city. The room was clean and newly furbished, however the hot water only ran for 5 minutes. What ever you do, DO NOT BOOK A TOUR with the host enver if you do not have travel insurance, it is not safe.

Great location within walking distance from the main bus station. Hot shower is amazing!

Parking in that part of the city is rough. Service was friendly. Biggest issues were, bed was noisy, no view, and there is about 60 seconds worth of hot water. If you’re there for a quick trip it’s fine, but the hot water situation would keep us from returning.

The property fantastic, good attention with my family. He say the rute on the map the old City Mostar. Everthing cleanning and the room is very beautiful.

Great little place. Little room just of the main street for next to nothing. Not right in the old town, but a stone's throw from the action. Our host Enver gave us some local rakjia when we arrived, and showed us Mostar's highlights (including where to get breakfast) on a map. Great service.

Villa downtown Mostar is in the old town which is prime location, walking distance to major points of interest. We arrived late, nobody was there but after a call the hotel receptionist quickly arrived and checked us in a nice clean room top floor with nice view of the city. The only complaint would be about the hot water, when starting the shower the hot water did not last 90 seconds, it became freezing cold. My partner could not take his shower until at least 2 hours later. So that was very inconvenient for us. Maybe we would suggest a bigger hot water tank ( as it is quite tiny ).

The location was great, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants: don't bother looking for the door number when finding the site, as there isn't a number on the door...look for a small sign that states 'Down Town Villa' Check-in was very smooth and although I forgot the name of the man on reception, he was very helpful and let me leave my suitcase in reception before the official check-in time, as well as giving me a map of the area and pointing out places I should visit. His customer service surpassed my expectations when he personally delivered a small chiller to my room, so that I could keep my soya milk chilled. The studio room itself was very compact and contained a smaller size double bed, (official term 'Queen' size bed), and it was well presented with plenty of power sockets: a very important detail! I always find that a lack of power sockets to be very frustrating in accommodation, so Down Town Villa got it very right. If there was one small niggle, it would be that the hot water tank, (I assume there is one in each studio room), is quite small. I ran out of hot water twice, whilst having a shower...I suppose I should learn how to shower with less water. Apart from that, it was a good overall experience and if I returned to Mostar again, I would definitely stay at this good value accommodation.

New, modern, tastefully decorated apartments with kettle and coffee/tea provided. Secure and quiet. Located halfway between the bus and train station to the north, and Stari Most to the south, 600m either way. Very helpful receptionist who had our room ready for our early arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Downtown Mostar! The room was clean, comfortable, safe and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was a great place at a great price. Highly recommend!

We spoke to the hotel beforehand to make sure someone was there when we arrived. The property felt very safe and secure. The furnishings were all new and stylish. Great shower with lots of hot water. Very conveniently situated, in a quiet pedestrian street but in close proximity to lots of shops and cafes. A short and interesting walk to Stari Most, which we enjoyed immensely, especially the divers! A great stay, very helpful staff, great location and comfortable beds. Overall, good value.

The room was great. Its clean and everything looks good. The toilet is actually quite big and spacious. It will be good if the curtains were blackout or if there were a second layer of curtain as it will block more light and give more privacy. Other than that, We had an enjoyable time walking around the old town exploring Mostar. The villa is so nearby that we can return to our room to rest whenever we are tired from walking.

It is beautiful atmosphere, very nice room, very cozy. Designer is very attractive. Very comfortable. Very convenient, shopping, nice place to eat. Very pleasant.

Everything went well, from my late arrival (which was no problem: still a very friendly greeting at the villa) to getting help with ironing my dress. Very accommodating personal, definitely a place I'll recommend and stay in again. The room is a good size, has what you need and some extra. I wasn't bothered by surrounding guests loudness either.
