I was advised that there was kitchen when I booked. But there was no cooktop and the door locks are very old and very very hard to open.

The property itself is very nice and clean, including the laundry facilities. Upon check-in, the “front desk” person was unable to tell me my room number and referred me to text a WhatsApp # to customer service for help. After about an hour of chatting, I had my room details. My room, however, was not cleaned. I had to go out and buy a broom, mop, and cleaning products and clean the room myself. The sheets had stains in them, there were small holes on the walls, there were a couple of cockroaches, room service was nonexistent, and the neighborhood where the property is located is quite dangerous.

Terrible mistake, we rented two rooms, one had cutlery the other one had no knives at all, a hole in the wall, mould on the shower screen, vent in bathroom doesn’t work, no coffee machine in one (the other one had it), one fork one spoon and that’s it. The area is called Crackolandia (which is our mistake for not checking it out prior). Communication is non existent, locks on the doors hard to punch numbers in…. Would strongly recommend against it!

Unfortunately the room was not clean. We try to reach a number that was giving in whatsapp. There was no blankets and especially no wifi to try to reach hotel.com customers service

It was clean, the building itself felt secure but the area it was in looked a bit shady other than that, the stay was great.

The area here is a lots of tea do you have a lots of James do you have a lots of people outside he’s looking very very dangerous and I have a problem to communicate with the reception is Piccoli Portuguese with me I speak English and no one I have to do I have a help and I am late to make chicken because he doesn’t send me the information about my room really was a little hard for me because I speak English

The area around it didn't feel too safe, but there is security at the entrance and I didn't have any issues at all. The laundry situation is a bit complicated, you have to download an app and go through a whole process. But I was lucky enough to meet a friendly guest who was able to speak English and he helped me out.

He viajado a muchos lugares dentro y fuera del país, algunos de ellos en ciudades o pueblos muy pequeños pero jamás había tenido una experiencia tan negativa como con este lugar. Primero, NUNCA recibí COMUNICACIÓN por el alojamiento para el check-in, yo tuve que investigar el número de contacto para solicitar instrucciones. Segundo, después de lograr la comunicación, tardé 1 HORA para el check-in. Tercero, las fotos publicadas NO son reales, el alojamiento “deluxe” era peor que un cuarto de motel de tercera: cucarachas, sábanas sucias y con mal olor, comida echada a perder en el refrigerador, colillas de cigarro en un vaso en el balcón, etc. El anfitrión se excusó diciendo que había sido un problema de comunicación de Expedía con ellos y a pesar de que me ofrecieron otro cuarto “listo para ocupar”, no me quedé ni 15 minutos ahí y solicité inmediatamente el checkout, teniendo que buscar un alojamiento alternativo en ese momento. Es una estafa, y aunque no espero que me reembolsen el dinero gastado, ojalá esta opinión sirva para evitar que más personas caigan en ella. En cuestión de alojamientos y hoteles, esta ha sido la peor experiencia de toda mi vida.

Quarto limpo, utensílios de cozinha, cama confortável.

Apartamento em andares altos,toalhas limpas cobertores ,sabonetes shampoos,cozinha completa,tudo de bom pra esta suite.

Lugar aconchegante, perto de tudo , prédio bem estruturado, portaria 24h , fui a trabalho então serviu para as minhas necessidades, recomendo !

Excelente relação custo-benefício, localização, instalações e equipamentos. Urgente fazer avaliação sobre pragas e insetos

Muito bom o lugar. Ótima infraestrutura muitas coisas para visitar perto. Muito perto da estação de metrô.

Próximo a estação de metrô, como também bons restaurantes no entorno.

Otimo,ate peguei mais dias. Unico defeito é o buraco na parede atras da porta,mas foi tranquilo relevar. Vista impecável, otima segurança.

Boa acomodacao

Pode melhorar a burocracia para a entrada no apartamento e melhorar as tolhas (não tem um cheiro agradável)
