Loving this Place… Quiet but Very Central for very reasonable, economical price for whole studio for me alone… staff friendly, just they need a bit improve their english language skills, but this is generally problem in whole Brasil…As Platinum Badge Traveler I recommend this lovely property….

A estadia foi boa, as meninas da recepção foram super atenciosas e tentaram ao máximo acomodar o meu early check in. O studio não era ruim mas poderia ter sido melhor. Não estava tão limpo. Achei a cama um pouco dura. O studio fica próximo de vários pontos de interesse, localização incrível. Ficaria novamente.

Very conplicate check in. No suport when needed, soneone stole my iphone, they dont lend computers to block cards and iphone. Bad service here, you are a vip prisioner

You definitely get what you pay for here. The photos in the listing are quite misleading—what looks like a bright, spotless property in the pictures is, in reality, a 3-star experience at best. The location is excellent, and the check-in staff was fast and efficient, but that’s where the positives end. The building is old and poorly maintained. The studio is a decent size, and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities are lacking, and the towels and linens were subpar. The bathroom was tiny, run-down, and noisy, adding to the overall disappointment. There’s a convenient store downstairs, which is a plus, but be aware that the actual condition of the property doesn't match the polished, filtered images online. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect luxury, but I do think the photos should more accurately represent the property’s current state.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The first thing we noticed when walking in the room was how the floor looked dirty and sticky. The more we looked around the room, the more things we noticed that were dirty. My wife and I were only staying for one night (10pm to 8am), and even with such a short stay we still considered going to a different hotel. To add to this, the people in the room across from were playing music super loud and arguing with each other (the hotel staff did come up and try to get them to quiet down). Also, the keypad for the door had a low battery and we had to get the front desk to open the door for us. Not sure if we just had bad luck as the rating on Expedia was pretty good. Disappointing in general though because the place itself has a cool aesthetic and everything seems pretty new.

The fact that they charge you extra for cleaning the room it’s terrible . In every place in the world they would at least clean your room once during your stay. I had to be chasing the cleaning lady for a basic toilet paper. I’ll pass on this one and go back to a real hotel.

The building was adapted from offices to rooms. Rooms are very small but good depending on the purpose of the trip. Im okay with changing towels myself but I stayed for 8 nights and the was no cleaning of the room. The small grocery store for self-service is amazing. Staff could be more proactive with recommendations at the front desk. I needed to search for laundry service and there were several in the area. But overall staff is nice and helful. A/C in the room are preset and you cannot cool it more than the preset. The rooms can get very hot during the day. This is very poor experience. The area of the property is amazing!!!! This is definitely the best of it.

Wifi didn't work. Went to reception but been told that maintenance issue. However, maintenance people was going to show up? I booked because it wifi speed is super fast in Expedia. But, didn't even get wifi access???
