The services was lacking. You expect more from well known brand like Burbon. The staff were nice and pleasant but the service was lacking for a 4 star hotel. An example of this was when they cut the water off at 10 am and didn't informed us,so I can schedule myself around the inconvenienced! The rooms were little outdated and the sheet seems old. The shower was one of the best thing from the room. The service provided better fit a 2-3 star hotel but not a 4 star hotel. Also for the price you pay definitely not worth it.

1- De cara, o atendente estava de mal humor, solicitando documentos com tom ácido, estava dando bronca em outra funcionário do hotel na frente de hóspedes. 2- Achei um absurdo pelo valor da diária, sendo que estava sozinho, me colocarem em um quarto com divisória de uma porta para outro quarto, escutava tudo o que acontecia no outro quarto, extremamente desagradável
