The location is excellent, only the communication with some employees like Vanessa is completely careless or has no empathy whatsoever with the customer and is arrogant in the service. If the service was a little more personalized it would be great.

Everything is very cozy and usable. Some small improvements could be made, but they didn't affect my experience: - There could be a napkin to dry dishes; - The soap dispenser is leaking; - The refrigerator is not very stable; Great place to stay for short periods. I'll be back.

Terrible check in experience, cleaning could have been much better, location is very good and at the end you have everything.

The check in was the experience ever! The operator at the chat didn't want to help me. I didn't receive the email with instructions, so I didn't know what to do. It was never cleaned not even once and the was little aunts everywhere in the bathroom. Not a nice experience over all.

Excellent location, the studio is very cute and cozy. The only thing that is missing is that they should remove the rug that is in the studio. It is stained and it looks dirty. The floor is beautiful and it doesn’t need a rug. Besides the “rug”, my stay was perfect! Definitely, I would stay again!

The apartment was small but comfortable. The only (but major) problem was that the faucet in the bathroom sink was out of order and the water would gush out and fill up the sink completely, with the risk of overflowing and flooding the bathroom. After much difficulty, I managed to close the faucet and never used it again.

Hope you like computer errors. No people around. Building and room doors are run by a faulty computer. Your check-in is online and you submit a selfie. The computer uses face recognition to open the door. Half the time says "access granted" but the door stays shut. The room door has a keypad and should activate for you enter your code to unlock, except half the time it doesn't and you have no way to enter your code to unlock the door. There isn't anybody around for you to ask help after hours. During the day there is an intercom you can buzz but is not much help. You just need to keep trying the computer again and again until you get lucky and the door opens. Also when you checkout you cannot wait in the lobby for your uber/etc. The computer stops giving you access and is game over. Room was clean.

The hotel operates without staff on the property, and the security is not bilingual, my husband tried to speak to the person on the phone, and the guard hung up on him, and I couldn’t communicate in Portuguese. They should explain the check-in procedure better.

A localização do apartamento é excelente. Na rua, você pode encontrar várias opções para refeições, para todos os bolsos. As instalações são muito boas. O apartamento em si é muito bom, especialmente no meu caso que estava sozinha. Tem um apoio de cozinha com cooktop, geladeira, micro-ondas, pia e utensílios. Uma coisa que me chamou a atenção foi o tamanho do box, é MINÚSCULO. Se você for uma pessoa um pouco mais gordinha, procure outra hospedagem, impossível será você entrar na área do chuveiro, e não é exagero. Achei que poderiam melhorar a qualidade das toalhas e roupa de cama. A academia é pequena com poucas opções de equipamentos. Tem lavanderia, uma área externa agradável e um mercadinho. Achei o local seguro. Não tem porteiro.

Tufo tranquilo, limpeza ok, as acomodações ok, banheiro ok e otima localização, com várias opções de alimentação a qualquer hora do dia.

Foi muito bom, o quarto era limpo e confortavel. So nao gostei de ter que por novas toalhas, como fiqueu 4 noites claro que precisaria trocar as toalhas e achei que deveria estar incluso no valor da estadia

Foram excelentes 26 dias! Localização ótima. Próximo da Paulista, de restaurantes, farmácias, mercado, salão de beleza, shopping. Porém vocês precisam rever a questão do uso de tapetes no quarto, pois se não for higienizado sempre, pode dar crises de alergia nos hóspedes!

Cuando llegue l, habías muchas moscas en el departamento, además q estaba sucio el lugar, por otro lado, no nos registraron la identificación facial para ingresar, lo cual me obligaba a tener q esperar q otro hospedado esté saliendo o ingresando para lograr salir del depto, aunq algunas veces portería me contestaba y lograban abrirme

A principio tivemos um problema com a roupa de banho e a pia do banheiro meio entupida mas logo que conseguimos nos comunicar com o responsável da acomodação, eles sugeriram uma realocação. Na 2a noite passamos para um apartamento mais confortável e tivemos uma agradável surpresa. ⁶Um up grade incrível! Muito grata pela sensibilidade da equipe Charlie.

Razoável. Instalaçao boa porém com algumas inadequações. Geladeira barulhenta que não podia ser deixada ligada a noite. Microondas instalado em móvel a 30 cm do piso. Sem lógica de uso. Dificuldade no check in.

Ótima estadia. Local bem próximo da Avenida Paulista.
