Fiquei desapontada com a refeição. Demorou mais de 50 minutos (solicitei beeeem passado), a carne veio quase crua, voltou pra cozinha, demorou mais 15 minutos e continuava mal passada pedi que viesse bem passada, voltou pra cozinha, depois de mais 20 minutos minha refeição estava gelada e a carne veio completamente queimada, amarga. Paguei 55,00 e ficou lá todo o carvão que me entregaram. Quanto ao chuveiro, tive que ligar para informar que não estava saindo agua quente, somente a gelada.

I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement.

O hotel é confortável, porem bem antigo. O quarto precisava de uma pintura nova, principalmente no banheiro, com paredes descascando em alguns lugares. A localizaçao é excelente e a equipe foi simpática e atenciosa. O café da manha é mediano, a comida é boa mas pouca variedade. Pelo custo benefício compensa.

Ótimo café da manhã! Bem localizado, quartos com tamanho muito bons. Único ponto que precisa de uma melhora urgente considerando minhas últimas 2 estadias em quartos distintos é o ar condicionado. Não funciona muito bem, barulhento e aparentemente precisam de limpeza pois o ar que vem parece carregado. Preferi desligado. Item de fácil reposição e manutenção, e imprescindível para conforto. Não pode ser meia boca.
