Simplesmente um hotel ruim. Funcionários sempre mal humorados, hall quente (provavelmente economizando no ar condicionado), mas o pior de tudo foram as condições do quarto. Primeiro que não há privacidade, claramente alguns quartos eram um só e dividiram com uma parede de dry wall pra fazer dois, então dava pra ouvir as pessoas do outro quarto conversando (voz normal, não gritando). A porta do banheiro era ridícula, um pedaço semi transparente de vidro que ficava quase dois palmos de distância do chão, fazendo parecer banheiro público. E por fim a quantidade de aranhas nos colchões, minha namorada e eu voltamos cheios de picadas de aranha de lá.

Estivemos em um grupo de 04 familias. O espaço do quarto é muito bom, banheiro e ar condicionado muito bons. Café da manhã honesto. Colaboradores sempre agradáveis e prestativos. Única ressalva foi o cheiro da água do banheiro. Era um cheiro próximo a querosene. Todos do grupo estavam sentindo. Questionamos a recepção e nos falaram que até então ninguém havia reclamado.

Estávamos em grupo de 6 pessoas com 3 senhoras acima de 70 anos e nos colocaram no décimo andar que o elevador só ia até o nono andar e ainda teríamos que subir umas 2 escadas para chegar no nosso apartamento, sem contar que tinha um vazamento que molhava a escada toda um verdadeiro perigo!

Bom hotel, mas tivemos uma estadia sem sinal de internet e sem água quente no banho, pois alegaram manutenção nesses dois serviços. Também quiseram nos hospedar no 10° andar, sem acesso por elevador e tivemos que reclamar para conseguir um andar melhor. O estacionamento é pago(R$ 25,00) , mas o veículo fica sob sol e chuva. No mais, um bom café da manhã e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários.

The swimming pool is dirt around the swimming pool there a lot of cigars on floor. It needs someone to sweep the floor. The lady in the breakfast area do not obey the time to open and she is really rude. It was an awful experience.

Hotel ok, com boa relação custo- benefício, a uma breve viagem de uber do aeroporto. Café da manhã bom para a categoria do hotel. Simples e com visual antigo. Não espere luxo. Pontos a melhorar: a região é um pouco barulhenta à noite e o isolamento acústico do quarto em relação à rua era ruim. Houve ruído até um pouco depois da meia-noite.

The Hotel is located in Boa Viagem, the staff is efficient, friendly and engaging. The room was plain, air-conditioned, clean and serviced every day. The bathroom had a nice big shower. Soap, shampoo, and towels were provided. There was a swimming pool and a coffe-shop/restaurant in the Hotel. The advertised free WiFi in the room was unreliable and thus a bit challenging. Only one of the hotel staff was somewhat able to communicate in English with overseas visitors. The Hotel is close to the Recife Shopping Centre, and a 10 minute walk away from Praia de Boa Viagem. Organising or booking sight seeing tours from the hotel was no problem.

This hotel was way much better than the Blue Tree in Recife. Anyway, we can clearly see that quality and structure have not been kept through the years. It has to be renewed, have some "fresh air". This becomes more evident due to the rate. Anyway, for the lack of options, I would stay there again. :/
