breakfast - you will not believe it but my choice was coz of the fresh fruits I saw being served at the breakfast table, and the hotel did not disappoint

I arrived in São Paulo early. I was given an early checkin which was super nice of the receptionist since it was a long commute from airport to hotel. The hotel was ideally situated to Avenida Paulista and Paulista metro. It is near several supermarkets and restaurants. There is a mall close by as well called Shopping Frei Caneca. The breakfast is good. I will definitely book this hotel if I go back to São Paulo. ( travelled Sept 03-07, 2024)

Great place at affordable prices awesome breakfast. I wish the WiFi was better but it seems to be an issue in such a populated city

Very inexpensive and although it’s not your big modern hotel, it’s clean, it’s convenient to anything you want, and the best shower pressure I’ve ever experienced in my life!! I would come back!!

Os quartos são muito simples, precisam de renovação, principalmente dos móveis. O tecido da poltrona estava bem gasto, com aparência de sujo. Valeu pelo ótimo atendimento na recepção e governança, além do café da manhã com muitas opções e bem gostoso.

Good location, and exceptionally clean and neat. Reception area and turnstiles are rather awkward, however. Fairly good breakfast. Cleaners were a little noisy.

There was not cable Service on tv rooms

Hotel superou minhas expectativas! Cheguei às 12h30 e, ao iniciar o check-in para apenas deixar as malas no saguão e aguardar até as 14h, fui surpreendido: o recepcionista, muito simpático, informou que o quarto já estava pronto e liberou a entrada antecipadamente, sem custo adicional. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com quartos confortáveis e bem cuidados. Vale destacar: quem prefere silêncio absoluto deve escolher um quarto com vista para a Frei Caneca, já que os voltados para a Augusta recebem um pouco do som da rua, repleta de bares. O café da manhã é impecável, com várias opções — inclusive sem lactose —, tudo muito saboroso. A localização é outro ponto forte: perto do Shopping Frei Caneca, rodeado de bares, restaurantes e baladas, e a poucos minutos a pé da Av. Paulista. Sem dúvidas, virou meu hotel preferido em São Paulo.
