Friendly, competent, English-speaking staff, big clean comfortable, quiet room with good urban views. All it lacked was creamer for the coffee which is pretty minor! Great complimentary breakfast at a really nice cafe next door. Great value because of the strength of the US dollar. We will return next year!

Property was walking distance to various of restaurants and the shopping mall so it was convenient. Staff was communicative and helpful. The property itself needed fixing. It was old and there was mold in the room and other areas of the property. Water was dripping from the walls in the entrance.

All was great. They have connections to the other hotels down in the plaza and they have a small bar on the plaza that you can access to get anything you need. Great location and walking distance to the mall.
