A nice place to stay 25 minutes from GRU

Service was a little stiff upin arrival and we were charged twice for our drinks. Issue was easily resolved in the morning tho. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Would return if needed.

Good hotel, good place to sleep. It’s not close to anything as it is just alongside the highway, but a clean and nice place to sleep.

O prédio é novo, o cheiro de concreto dentro do apartamento ainda está muito forte, isso causou dor de cabeça durante a noite. Os funcionários não estão muito bem preparados para atender os clientes. O café da manhã estava excelente, o pessoal da cozinha foi bem atencioso, não faltou nada na minha opinião. No banheiro faltou xampu, não tinha suficiente para uso. Senti falta de toalha de rosto. A TV está instalada muito baixa, quase impossível assistir, a internet não funciona direito, não rodou nem Netflix. Precisa ajustar algumas coisas para ficar realmente bom.

My stay was a birthday gift I got from a client with whom I've worked for several years. We have grown to share many personal stories, so my client knew I was having trouble sleeping because of noise in my area. So the stay was a gift for me so I could have a better night sleep. However, there was constant noise coming from other rooms. I fell asleep only after 00:30, then I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to the sound of doors being constantly slammed. My alarm was set to 7:30 a.m., so I spent 3 hours trying to get some rest, unsuccessfully. I didn't call the reception to complain because I didn't want to go through the trouble of packing all my belongings and changing rooms! In the morning, I was feeling terrible and exhausted. At check-out, I explained my situation at the reception desk, but the two receptionists who were there, at a time when the reception was empty with no other guests, they told me there was nothing they could do. They just gave me the hotel's card and said I should call later. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but they said THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON SATURDAYS! Allegedly, the hotel has no manager on weekends! This is unimaginable! I was courteous all the time, and just tried to speak to someone responsible for the hotel and for the guests' well-being, but there was just no one to help me. So, I had a bad experience, which was supposed to be my birthday present, and the staff aren't willing to listen.

O quarto que ficamos estava com o teto do box todo mofado , uma pequena manutenção que evitaria o cheiro forte que tinha no quarto e banheiro por causa da umidade A água tbm estava com cheiro e gosto forte , até para escovar os dentes fiquei com receio No mais a localização é ok para passar 1 noite qdo em trânsito

A estadia foi dentro do esperado, quartos limpos, cama boa, banheiro bom e café da manhã muito bom! Só acho que falta uma lixeira no quarto.

Cama dura, os quartos da frente, final ímpar, sofrem com o barulho da Dutra, a pia do banheiro é dentro do quarto ao lado da cama, horrível.

o hotel atende bem quem vai a trabalho. o quarto é confortavel e o banho é ótimo. Café da manha muitp bom e funciarios muito atenciosos e prestativos

Ótima estadia.

Acredito que a cozinha (cardapio) pode ser melhorado. Mosca voando sobre o cafe da manha, a meu ver, é inadmissivel. Nao ter quartos disponiveis com cama de casal. A cama de solteiro que dormi, o colchao saia da plataforma. Para um IBIS, nao dá pra entender. Nao ter uma sobremesa no jantar...

Superou a expectativa. Tudo funcionou corretamente.
