The hotel rooms are small but if the plan is just for sleeping then is is great.The breakfast is awesome,have valet parking not overcharged and front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst hotels I stayed at in Porto Alegre. Staff were polite, but the check in process was very lengthy.
The room was smaller than average and it didn’t even have a full bathroom, the sink was outside the bathroom door, on the entry hallway. The shower water wouldn’t stay warm, it would go from super hot to super cold non-stop.
For that price range there’s better options in the city, a few of them close by.

Ibis is well known for no frills, clean and affordable rooms. All I want is a good/clean bed and good/clean bathroom. Well, this time i was extremely disappointed with the shower. The water would suddenly becomes scalding hot for 5 seconds and immediately turn ice cold for another 5 seconds. The following morning, upon check-out, I mentioned to the front desk clerk and he already knew of the issue. He even mentioned that maintenance was aware aand theey don't do anything. But, even knowing, they still rent thee room without mentioning to the guest. Since I have other options within that area, my next time will be on another property.

Tive problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto que estava vazando água, inclusive molhou meu celular e meu computador. Reclamei e não resolveram o problema e não me trocaram de quarto. Não gostei nada. Experiência horrível. De sorte que meus aparelhos não danificaram.

Quando chegamos só havia o quarto para cadeirante disponível, e o quarto estava sujo, com migalhas de comida na bancada, pêlos e cabelos no banheiro, e o ralo da pia do banheiro estava entupida com cabelos. A cortina de tecido do banheiro toda suja e com manchas de mofo.

O hotel tem projeto moderno, ambientes agradáveis e uma ótima localização, cercado de boas opções gastronômicas, além de proximidade a um shopping com cinema e ao Parcão.
Entretanto, uma pena, não espere tomar um bom banho nesse hotel. A ducha tem jato fraco e fino, talvez com o objetivo de economizar água, mas, além disso, a temperatura oscila constantemente entre o frio e o muito quente.
