Excelente atención

I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher.

Only part I didn’t like is because I asked for balloons and a note for a anniversary stay and they didn’t do anything

They are making repairs on parts of the building, and some of the rooms are disturbingly noisy. The buffet was a C. 6us Is fair for overnight parking. Cleaning staff very noisy opening and closing the doors doors in the morning.

They didn't give me the room I pad extra for they gave me a very small room because I was alone

Es un buen hotel, las habitaciones son buenas, el desayuno es variado, esta en un buen sector, se puede descansar. Tiene un gran problema, y es que la factura no la entregan en el check Out, dicen que la envian por email, requisito que en el caso de un viaje de negocios, es algo prioritario, y la idea no es estar llamando después del viaje para pedir la factura. Nose cual sea la razón para no imprimir la factura y entregarla en el check Out, pero en mi caso, ese detalle, me esta trayendo problemas

Really nice and very clean hotel. They have an external Parking lot for the auto and within a fair price. Really liked the experience.

This hotel is very beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was the most important thing for us since we had business to attend in the area, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops it makes for a very nice time in Sao Paulo!

VEry small room, small bathroon very simple Hotel room. Breakfast for the room paid Price (55€) outstanding. Local area can not tell. People like many in Brasil, very kind

Great bed great attention great shower

I have never had an experience even close to the one I had here. The shower was DISGUSTING!! Two old bandaids (really? YES), the floor felt like I was walking on other people’s dirt, a spiderweb complete with spider and 5 bugs flying at me from all directions when I turned the water on. By the way, it took me about ten minhtes to correct the temperature and realise that I was going to wash my hair under a drip. I have never wished I had my flip flops with me like this time. And it sickens me SO MUCH after paying almost R$350 for one night. I must add, though, that the condition of the shower sickened me, full stop, even if the accomodation was free.ZERO water pressure and the shower going cold every now and then as I suppose someone in the 15-storey building flushed or whatnot. Front desk at check in (Thursday night) was rude - felt like I was was begging for a service rather than paying for one. Such a shame - the room itself is WONDERFUL! Extremley comfotable, air con works marvelously...Unfortunately the bathroom was THAT filthy that it obscured the fact that the room was wonderful. I always look forward to staying at hotels, and this is the first time I have felt inclined to leave a negative review.

Razoável , sempre uso um padrão para avaliar os hotéis onde me hospedo , atendimento frio dos atendentes , estacionamento sem conexão com o hotel , sem reposição de amenites , nada a elogiar , simplesmente razoável .

O quarto era minúsculo (mal cabia uma cama de casal)… Janela com vedação ruim! Parecia ter mais sol dentro do quarto do que fora! Podiam PELO MENOS fecha o buraco do ar condicionado antigo! Só tinha um tampão de madeira. Café da manhã fraca.

Esperava mais pela diária paga. O quarto é espaçoso porém não havia lugar para colocar a mala, tive que deixa-la no chão. O box do chuveiro tinha cheiro forte de alvejante. O colchão não é dos mais confortáveis e o travesseiro achei péssimo, não consegui dormir direito. Mas o pior de tudo foi o barulho incessante no ar-condicionado!
