Itaipu Hotel

Upon arrival, I was given seven pages of house rules written in broken English. While I understand that English might not be their official language, it felt more like a friendly reminder than a formal guideline. The internet didn't work at all on my first day. The staff blamed it on the weather, despite the fact that it was perfectly sunny outside. When the internet finally started working on the second and third days, it was extremely slow. I could only use it for WhatsApp text messages—downloading voice messages or photos was impossible. One of the house rules stated that they don't provide luggage storage for any reason. I specifically checked with two staff members the morning before I checked out, and both confirmed that it would be okay to leave a bag until 8 PM. However, upon checkout, the situation changed completely. The same staff member informed me that since their boss was present, they couldn't allow it. No alternative or workable solution was offered—just a firm "No." Even though they were well aware that the downtown area wasn't safe (even the tourist board advised using taxis instead of walking), I was forced to carry a large piece of luggage, which made me more vulnerable to crime. I had no choice but to book another property and cancel my plans for the rest of the day. As for the location, it's in the "downtown" area, but it’s surrounded by furniture stores and home renovation companies. All the tourist attractions and the Argentinian border are far away

Atendimento fraco na recepção, falta de opções de consumo, acabou a água e quando tomei banho saiu terra junto com água. A atendente guardou meu documento e tive que voltar da rodovia para buscar após saida pra ir embora.

Nada boa, levei 30 mim às 23:30 hrs para entrar no hotel, pois eles fecham a porta e ninguém veio me atender, não tinha abridor de vinho para emprestar, falaram que estavam limpando o quarto e quando cheguei no quarto Tinha garrafa de água usada

Recepcionistas educados e prestativos. Café da manhã simples, mas saboroso. Quarto agradável, limpo e ótimo chuveiro.

Considero muito estranho esse hotel, o tempo inteiro passam com as portas fechadas e placa de fechado. o check in só foi feito as 15 hrs e check out as 11. só vi prejuizo, não vale a pena. melhor buscar outro hotel

Um hotel básico, mas com excelência em sua proposta. Não é um resort, é um hotel econômico! Limpeza impecável! Roupa de cama e banho excelentes.Café da manhã básico, mas primoroso. O atendimento é excepcional, fazem de tudo para você se sentir bem. A localização é privilegiada, pois está em uma avenida principal é com acesso muito facilitado a ponte da amizade. Ótimo custo benefício. Será uma das minhas referências em Foz do Iguaçu.

Hotel está em reforma, mas está muito bom, não tivemos nenhum desconforto em relação a isso. A localização é ótima e o atendimento e café da manhã está ótimo. Tudo limpo e de bom gosto.
