Não tivemos boa experiência. Em um dos dias faltou água no banheiro, que retornou suja durante um tempo. Muito barulho de crianças e portas batendo no corredor logo bem cedo, além do barulho alto de malas circulando pelo piso. Apartamento que estávamos não tinha isolamento acústico. Em uma das noites barulho de porta batendo com o vento vindo provavelmente do andar de cima não deixou ninguém dormir.

Excelente localização e condições gerais. Os únicos pontos negativos, que não chegam a atrapalhar muito, são relacionados ao tamanho da pia do banheiro (impossível lavar o rosto, ou escovar os dentes, sem molhar o piso, e a TV, que não tem canais abertos.

O estacionamento não é coberto e fica em cima de uma caixa de brita, se estiver de tênis ou havaiana não tem problema, mas se a mulher tiver de salto alto fica um pouco complicado
