Property is just fine, it’s a old hotel, a bit worn but still good you can’t beat it’s proximity to the Belem international airport, everything works in the room cold AC , hot water, and clean, restaurant right there on the property with good healthy food, staff friendly, good safe security in the lobby and out front all for a bargain price

Property is older and needs some TLC. Room was huge. I was very pleased with the restaurant service. I asked if I could bring some breakfast back to the room for my partner not feeling well. The man fixed up a huge tray and delivered it.

A limpeza é, sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes. As áreas comuns estavam sempre impecáveis, com funcionários constantemente fazendo a manutenção da higiene, mesmo nos horários de maior movimento. O quarto em que me hospedei estava extremamente limpo, com roupas de cama e banho trocadas regularmente e em excelente estado. O banheiro também estava muito bem higienizado, com reposição diária de amenities. A localização é outro destaque. Situado em uma área estratégica, o hotel permite fácil acesso a restaurantes, pontos turísticos e meios de transporte. Seja para compromissos profissionais ou lazer, a região ao redor é segura e oferece uma boa variedade de opções, tanto de dia quanto à noite. No quesito conforto, o quarto superou minhas expectativas. A cama era espaçosa e muito confortável, com travesseiros e colchão de ótima qualidade. A climatização funcionava perfeitamente, garantindo noites agradáveis mesmo em dias de temperatura extrema. Além disso, o isolamento acústico foi eficiente, permitindo um descanso tranquilo. Personne pour vous aider avec vos bagages (ll vous faut tenir les portes vous mêmes tout en manipulant les bagages). Service en chambre impossible le téléphone étant HS. Surprise lors de la facturation. Juste 1 petit savon dans la salle de bains. Pas de couette. Obligee tantôt d eteindre et d allumer la clim. Hotel pas a la hauteur du prix payé.
