I was robbed of sleep every single morning here by staff coming into the room before 9am asking if guests had trash. She always woke everyone up and nobody ever had any trash. (There is a trash can outside of the room in the hallway!) A better use of her time would be cleaning the communal bathroom which was always wet and gross with bugs crawling on the floor. Aside from this the location was okay. Oh and the dorm gets very very chilly at night with windows closed and a/c off, but there is an extra charge to use the necessary blanket. Argh!

I loved my stay in São Paulo and Iberapuera Park was my favorite part. This hostel is very close and the staff is amazing! They went sooooooo far out of their way to make me feel comfortable and it was very much appreciated!
The space was nice and didn't seem crowded at all. I'm sure with a full house it could have been a bit tight, but I was ok! The garden was lovely.
This was my first stay in a hostel so a few things I didn't know: you'll pay for blankets, towels, locks, etc. not a huge fee, 5-10 reais each. No big deal, but I didn't know quite how it all worked!

Terrível! O mínimo que você deseja em uma hospedagem é uma cama para descansar bem, os colchões são PÉSSIMOS, eu reclamei para trocar o colchão da cama, e recebi outro pior, foi impossível dormir, fiquei sentindo as madeiras embaixo a noite inteira, a recepcionista ainda concordou comigo que estava ruim e não tinha nada que pudesse fazer :/
A limpeza era ruim, usei o banheiro e chuveiro dois dias e não foi limpo nesse período, sendo que é de uso coletivo
Por fim, fiz uma reserva de 4 dias, e não consegui ficar, tive que ir embora no segundo dia, desperdício de dinheiro e uma péssima experiência

Quando eu cheguei a vizinha estava muito suja mas logo alguém veio e deixou tudo limpo, foi muito rápido! No geral realmente só dormi! A localização eh boa próximo ao metrô paraíso o que pra mim facilitou muito. Tem barulho e música alta até o amanhecer mas a mim não incomoda em nada, pra quem gosta de lugares que respeitam horário de silêncio esse não é o lugar?

O local é de fácil acesso , mas infelizmente tive que ficar hospedada nessa fase do Corona vírus , e senti s falta de limpeza mais adequada pra esse momento .
Tão pouco foram diminuído a quantidade de pessoas por quartos e de diferentes nacionalidades .
Mas no geral um bom local !

Muito desmazelo,cheiro ruim no quarto, teve dia que não fizeram a limpeza, roupa de cama igual a de hospital e toda manchada de água sanitária, travesseiro horrível, não colocaram papel higiênico, na cozinha o pano de prato era todo rasgado, sofás sujos, café da manhã péssimo.
