We loved that it was centrally located to many walkable shopping/ dinning locations. Thecstaf always went above and beyond in every aspect.

Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it.
The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.

Razoavelmente confortável com atendimento bom. A cama foi confortável. Foi um pouco estranho ter o banheiro e o chuveiro em lugares separados, mas fica bom para casais ou 2 amigos que precisam usar o vaso e o chuveiro ao mesmo tempo. Só tinha alguns problemas com a estadia: o wifi tinha problemas, e o fluxo de água na pia respingava em todo lugar. E queria ter um pouco mais luz no quarto.

Long wait to check in (too much paperwork). The sofa bed was not in good condition, there was a big depression in the middle what was far to be comfortable.
Other than that the hotel is super good, great location and amenities in the property

Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e eficientes.
Quartos limpos e com bom espaço.
O estacionamento é pago, 20 reais por dia, apesar de bastante espaço para estacionar, o valet service estaciona o carro em outro lugar, sendo assim, se tiver pelo menos uma pessoa na fila, tem que esperar um pouco.
A única coisa que eu não gostei muito, foi o funcionário de reposição de bar, que bateu na porta duas vezes no período de 3 horas, e a maneira que entrou foi um pouco invasiva.
Bateu dizendo reposição de bar, e em menos de 2 segundos abriu a porta do quarto. Enquanto eu estava saindo do banho.
Fora isso, o hotel é excelente e voltarei mais vezes.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is: if you r a little overweight or if you have more than 5’8 (1.75), this hotel won’t be the one for you. Everything is very tight!
