The personal was screaming very loud when was resting at my room

The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the swimming pool, the sauna and the great breakfast. Our deluxe room though didn't meet our expectations (no safe, noisy and a bit small). Nice stay overall but could have been nicer.

very quiet place but only minutes away to all busy places of abraão. only disappointment is a pool which is not maintain well and looks old and dirty . but overall perfect place to stay and chill

Another nice stay here. In one of the suites this time, not the chalets. Room was a little noisier and the bathroom tiny, but it was cheap so cant complain. Amazing breakfast as always and super friendly staff. Would stay again but will upgrade to the chalet again next next.

I honestly don't know where to start because everything from the beginning to the end was absolutely perfect.. So I guess I will start with the staff at the front desk everyone was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. We stayed in these little houses (I forget their names) but they are adorable, modern, clean, and comfortable. And the free breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked a suite but upon arriving immediately upgraded to a chalete. The chaletes are cute little cabins with hammocks hanging on the front porch. Our original suite looked like a private room at a hostel. The staff and service were excellent. Our chalete was comfortable and nestled at the edge of the forest. However, the first night I showered the chalete flooded and the rest of the stay the room was musty and smelly. Also, the toilet and tv were broken upon arrival and had to be fixed.

Really good hidden gem in Ihla Grande. Close to the main town but set back just enough for peace. Enjoyed chilling each night in the hammock with a drink and listening to the sound of the jungle in the background

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay here. Very cosy place, the cabins have everything you need. The pusada serves coffee and cake every day at h17, which was very nice. The beds were a bit on the firm side, the wifi was very on and off, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Ilha Grande is gorgeous!

La qualité de cette hôtel est son excellent petit-déjeuner fait maison. Son emplacement est pratique, pas trop loin de l'embarcadére et des restaurants. Par contre très grosse déception pour la chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe. Ce sont des toutes petites chambres, sombres, vétustes, inconfortables avec une minuscule salle de bain. Les photos ne correspondent pas.

A pousada é rústica bem na natureza, linda !!! Sobre o quarto tamanho bom para 1 casal, minha cama achei dura não muito confortável , travesseiro confortável o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho acredito que não estava preso pois era split e as paredes eram de madeira, funcionários são bem simpáticos, café da manhã esse se puder dar nota mil maravilhoso , piscina e churrasqueira , achei desorganizado fomos em 3 casais meu cunhado ao fazer o check ou veio a cobrança de uma água de 1,5 lt na conta dele não tem assinatura quando vc pede alguma coisa pro quarto isso não ajuda a ter controle, mas eles prontamente tiraram da conta .

Prestations conformes au descriptif. Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Établissement tenue strictement, il manque assurément un sourire ! Chalet trop près de la salle des petit-déjeuners, ce assure un réveil à partir de 7h45 ! Ce qui est dommage quand on choisi spécifiquement cet hébergement en dehors des rues principales du centre ville qui respire à priori le calme sur le papier, pour y trouver le silence ! Pour tout dire, je ne me suis pas senti à l'aise chez ce prestataire. C'est dommage au vue de la tarification de la nuitée ! Serviette de plage payante....serviette de piscine gratuite.....donc !

Nous avions un chalet mais il était plutôt vétuste. Tout fonctionne mais c’est brinquebalant. Le chalet est juste en face de la salle du restaurant donc bruit des 6:00 du matin sans compter le passage des autres clients à tout moment de la journée. Le personnel est sympa mais pas polyglotte du tout

Cama boa, toalhas, limpeza, café da manhã…tudo top.

A pousada é graciosa e aconchegante. Recebemos um presente (chocolate) por conta da pascoa.Gostamos bastante. Sugerimos avaliar o atendimento quanto a consumo de alimentos e atendimento geral. Pagamos produtos que não consumimos por falha de registro e anotação.

preferência ao chalé, os quartos não tem proteção acústica, qualquer ruído no corredor ou no quarto ao lado parece ser no quarto que você esta usando
