This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!

The place is absolutely beautiful but the service was terrible, I checked in around 23:35 after 3 hours driving from another state. I called room service requesting an extra pillow at 00:38 about one hour after my check in, the front desk staff said. “You really want a pillow at this time” I said yes please, and he said “I take requests only until 23h I can’t help you”. After that I was very disappointed with the service so far but it got worst. I try to fill the bathtub to try to relax a bit, unfortunately I found a pubic hair on it obviously they didn’t clean properly after the last guest. If you decide to stay at this place make sure to DO NOT request anything and watch out to the amenities the may not be very clean.

Pousada simplesmente sensacional. Equipe super educada e atenciosa, café da manha excelente, infraestrutura digna de elogios com jardins super bem cuidados, piscina fria e outra coberta aquecida, bem aconselho muito o local. Apenas uma única pontuação, não possui ar condicionado nos chalés.
