Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – elegant decor, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and every meal I had was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nicely refurbished property, but let down by the service, bearing in mind this hotel costs double similarly nice hotels in the local area.
I arrived early from an overnight flight, and enquired about early check in (having been told this was an option they offer), but the front desk person simply shrugged and bluntly stated check in was 2pm. No attempt to check if a room was available earlier.
The following morning I tried to get access to the pool at 6am as advertised. Went to front desk and was laughed at, the reply being the pool opened at 8am. Even at 8am I had to get someone to begrudgingly go and unlock it.
Avoid this hotel if you want service/facilities that match the price

I just want to express how pleased I was with my stay here. Before I even arrived, Alice effortlessly arranged for pickup from the airport for me and left me a nice little chocolate treat in my room upon arrival. Marcos the bellman was sweet and very helpful as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My only gripe (its an important one) was that they initially placed me in a room in an isolated corner near a stairwell,housekeeping closet & a strange LOUD humming noise. Also, the room phone didn't work.But as soon as I raised concerns, Marcos (bellman) personally went downstairs and got me a key for a better room. I am a happy girl!

Perfectly fine Hilton. We were warned several times to keep our phones in our pockets on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel because of frequent thefts taking phones right out of peoples' hands. The area seems safe during the day but at night take an Uber.

Overall a very nice hotel in the city. My one complaint is that I pre- requested a room with 2 twin beds, as I was traveling with a friend. On arrival, I was given a room with one bed and was told they had no other available rooms to honor my original reservation
