O quarto era equipado com AC split, frigobar, copa, TV, escrivaninha, colchão de molas, varanda e Wif grátis.
O hotel dispõe de um pequeno estacionamento no subsolo sem cobrança extra.
A localização é boa, pois está numa rua residencial tranquila e a duas quadras da lagoa central Paulino onde pode se caminhar a vários restaurantes.
