I loved the lake view from our room, the amenities were amazing and the convenient restaurant inside the hotel with great pizza was a plus.

Best hotel

The property has good potential — comfortable beds, a convenient location, and responsive staff. However, our arrival this time was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — sheets and pillowcases were dirty/stained, the bathroom was unkept, the faucet was dirty, and the shower only had hot water. To their credit, after we reported it, the staff responded promptly with a proper cleaning, added a TV to the twin bedroom, and left an apology note in our room, which we appreciated. We spent the day in the pool area, ordered from their menu, and truly enjoyed the food and drinks. All our requests made through the phone extension were met promptly. The staff was respectful and mostly friendly. However, we did receive some side eyes when requesting to use the gym and refill our water bottles at the filter provided there — a minor but noticeable detail. This was our second stay at this property. The first time, we stayed in a different and better room, which left us with a more positive impression. Unfortunately, even though this time we booked what is considered a luxury room, we were not impressed. We will likely try other hotels in the area next time.

The Ramada is an excellent option for people who use the Confins airport. It’s well located, 5-10 min ride from the terminal, they have an adequate restaurant that serves 3 meals a day, - great pizza at night, a garage, a nice swimming pool with a good view of the lake.

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel e acho que a qualidade está caindo muito. De cara o corredor indo para os quartos estavam muito sujos e manchados os tapetes , limpeza do banheiro e quarto estão boas. Descarga do quarto não funcionou. Travesseiro e colchão duros de mais , só consegui dormir as 4:00 da manhã porque o ar condicionado fazia barulho demais. Mudei para o ventilador e nada resolveu. Café da manhã estava bom ! Estou decepcionada como caiu a quantidade do hotel.

We had a problem with the free amenities that were sold as part of the deal. Upon checking in the hotel told us that the free parking and free breakfast were no longer included in the reservation. After getting in touch with Hotels.com the issue was resolved, but I lost valuable time unnecessarily.

Pretty decent hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use an update but was ok. The restaurant was very good and priced reasonably.

The Ramada is one of the better hotels in Lagoa Santa, and they have a really great staff. The area is exactly what you'd expect from Urban Brazil, no real surprises there. It's a few minutes by taxi from CNF airport, and easily accessible off the main drag. The rooftop pool area is clean and nice, and offers a children's play area complete with jungle gym. Fitness center looked nice and updated, and the rooms are sparse and clean, exactly what'd you expect from a Brazilian hotel. Watch out for the strict change and cancelation policy (pro tip: they don't allow them) and don't end up paying for two nights because you were tired while booking and chose the wrong night!

Basic room without any amenities and basic decoration. Tile floor (which was stained) and no toiletries other than soap. Only one bath towel. Bed was comfortable and size of room ok although bathroom is small. In general it was clean. Did not have any electrical adapters. Breakfast was good with a varied selection. There is not much around the area.
