Love this place, room was perfect and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Definitely going back!!

O quarto era espaço e limpo, o café da manhã era muito gostoso e bem variado. A única ressalva é sobre as toalhas que estavam bem velhinhas. Chegamos dia 1/1 e o hotel estava cheio, entendemos a alta temporada, porém as toalhas mal davam para se secar de tão fininhas. Só um detalhe que pode melhorar!

Troca os de quarto duas vezes para tentar achar um que tivesse menos cheiro de mofo. Encontramos uma barata no quarto. O café da manhã com super lotação de hóspedes, poucos funcionários para retirar as louças usadas e repor comidas. Pão estava murcho. Os funcionários fazem o possível, mas a hospedagem deixou a desejar. Não recomendo.

Quarto, equipe,limpeza, café da manhã

O café da manhã é um pouco limitado em variedade, algumas comidas não me pareceram ser novas, principalmente os pães e bolos, não sei se são comprados de parceiros ou feitos lá. A limpeza do quarto é ok, apesar de ter achado alguns fios de cabelo no chão, a roupa de cama estava limpa e cheirosa. A tv não é smart, então não consegui usar muito nos momentos de descanso. O diferencial realmente parece ser os funcionários, que são sempre muito gentis.

O café da manhã bom, e a localização boa para quem quer aproveitar mais da praia. Bom custo-benefício.

Stained pillowcases. I requested more to put over the existing cases so at least I knew they were clean, but they were still old and stained. Dirty, smelly, disgusting minibar that was impossible to use. Luckily you can't smell it in the photo. No hand soap in the bathroom, only shampoo in the shower. I didn't sleep well while worrying about the dirty condition of the room. The majority of the guests seemed to be trades people and workers. Nobody knocked to offer to service the room so I had to take my rubbish to the staff member. I complained about the minibar. I then decided that I could not stay here so I checked out after 2 nights and forfeited the remaining 2 pre-paid nights in favour of moving to a much nicer hotel. I calmly explained my decision to the reception staff who told me that it was non-refundable but they could offer me a room change - I imagine all of the rooms are dirty - or a credit note - why would I ever come back here? Someone who I assumed was the manager was hiding out of sight in the office, but he never made an appearance. He only spoke to the receptionist to tell her what to say but did not speak to me in person. In other words, there's nothing we're prepared to do. It's non-refundable. Their attitude was disgusting, just like their minibar. If you want to stay in Cabo Branco, the Icon hotel next door looks much nicer, and there's an Ibis next to that. Nicer and cleaner hotels do exist, and probably with better customer service.

Tudo ótimo, ponto negativo para alguns seria só a distância pra parte mais agitada e isso é algo mt pessoal mesmo. Pra mim foi ótimo, a praia na frente é mt tranquila
