I am stay here on my holiday, staff nice and polite room a bit old facility are okay but great. Over service Inwould give it 3 star out of 5 star. Anyway the stay was pleasant stay.

From the moment we met our driver at the airport, to the point when we entered our hotel room door, we had nothing but great service. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices for westerners and easterners alike. They also managed a tour to Angkor Wat for us. The price was quite reasonable. My 14 year old son was pleased the moment he saw the lobby of our hotel. Definitely want to stay here again!

Nice PATIO Cabana Club, Access to Pool. Great for families with kids. Room & bed is big enough. Breakfast is ok. Tried the mango tea drink (with fresh mango cubes) at the small lobby cafe, not too sweet, very nice!

The staff were fantastic, the pool was nice and big and had the best kids area I have seen (nice and big and separate from the deeper pool). Was close to the main town and also to Angkor Wat. We did get worried initially as there is a new building being constructed next door and we heard hammering when we first entered our room (so if that worries you ask for a pool view). However that became background noise and there is only noise in the daytime plus they don't use any heavy/ loud machinery.

Excellent resort with a beautiful lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other facilities. Quite an average neighbourhood, though. So stayed in the resort and did not go for walks. Close to the airport but quiet and relaxing. Worthy recommendation.

Staff at the higher level not at all nice no welcome drinks ,no personal touches.very disappointing . Were charged for the new year eve even requested earlier not be there for that evening. Bit of a con.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Siem Reap. The temples are worth repeated visits.

everything good beside swimming pool a bit small. the people can speak both chinese & english, very helpful. they prepare us the breakfast set for taking out if we went out too early..service fantastic....

After a few nights at a guesthouse closer to the "Old Market" area, and a few weeks throughout Cambodia, my girlfriend and I splurged on four nights at this lovely resort as a 'respite' from Cambodia. The hotel is lovely, the pool facility is wonderful, and the food was great. Although quite expensive by Cambodian standards, its still much cheaper than US and everything we ate and drank was lovely. Best Singapore Slings I've ever had. Breakfast Buffet was impressive and always very fresh. Service went out of its way to make us comfortable. Only a few potential cons: - The hotel is a on the outskirts of the more densely populated Hotel areas of Siem Reap. Its a small city so not a big deal, but it does create a psychological barrier to experiencing town and there is really little if anything that is worth walking to. - They charged me $2.50 to make a 1 minute local call to my preferred ToukTouk driver with whom I had a good relationship. Not only that, they required me to go to the front desk to make said call. That's really out of line on both price and convenience. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you're in Cambodia, don't stay here. If you want to feel like you're in a world class resort, DO stay here.

Excellent hotel staff, everyone always smiling and asks how are you doing. The staff actually came to me and bend down when I checked in to pass me the signing sheet and showed me around the hotel as well. Friendly tuktuk driver named Tim. Even tried to help us find a local restaurant after dropping us off at downtown during shuttle service. Best service I ever had in any hotel.

We splurged and paid for a suite to make this visit "special". It was very "special" but not in a good way. The room was so dirty we purchased thick slippers to walk on the floors (hiking boots would not have been out of place there was so much dirt); however, the worst aspect was the wake up call at 7am every day. Despite multiple calls and complaints to the front desk and manager, NOTHING was done and we had to endure very loud maintenance work in the room every morning (we had foolishly paid for four days) completely eliminating the possibility of sleep. Only consider staying here if you WANT to get up at 7am - we, unfortunately, did not. Finally, the free breakfast, well, you get what you pay for...

The hotel is simply beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. After a hot day visiting temples it was always enjoyable to go back to our hotel. I rented a hotel driver and vehicle. The driver had cold water waiting for me and had cool wrapped hand towels on ice. Again, the service was amazing. Would stay here again and recommend anyone to enjoy staying here.

I only give 3 stars due to the management skill. In the end they fixed the problem but the experience was not pleasant. However if you are with a tour group and you will be fine.

Breakfast was not great and shower head was not working properly at all really dissappointed.
