The staff are great and very obliging. The building is a little old but everything worked - our refrigerator had to be replaced but that was done quickly. The noise from the cafe next door was a problem for my wife but I didn’t hear it. So close to the river and stuff in the near area.

This is a stunning hotel. Staff were wonderful and the rooms just gorgeous. Comfortable. Beautiful oasis of a pool. My only one concern was hearing the music from the bar next door but I am sensitive to that. Everything else about this hotel is perfect.

As a person who worked in tourism all around the world for years, I have never seen such a bad service in my life. The following were among many problems: - The hotel provides no information about the payment details. They list themselves on this platform but do not accept the payments methods accepted by the platform itself - They can solve this issue by directly taking payment from the portal (i have seen other hotels do it seamlessly and I have done it in the booking department i worked) - on top of all, I was subject to disrespect with the following exact quote “it is your responsibility to know all this as you chose pay at the property. I am not liable for providing you which payment method i accept” - The claim is not only factually incorrect but also shows staff disrespect, unwillingness and incompetence because i managed to directly charge on platform in my hotel when people had similar issues (even if we clearly listed payment methods unlike the staff in this hotel) - Things go even further when they do not accept the cash I withdrew with the intention of letting this inconvenience go by saying “this money cannot be accepted as it was folded - go withdraw other one”, not even saying “please” or “if you do not mind”. This is something I have never seen in my life - In the meanwhile, my room had mosquitos and crickets all the time - the hotel never shuts down air conditioners. They are at full speed all they long, causing huge energy loss
