Customer service is horrible, although they are all very nice. Locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes as the staff was having a party and the manager was very accusatory of not calling or ringing the doorbell (which we obviously have been doing). The facilities is nice and the rooms are impeccably clean so if you stay in the rooms it is perfect.

We were after a complete chill out and that's exactly what we got! Staff ultra helpful and fixed small things immediately. Food and cocktails very good. Pool and gardens lovely - getting a bit worn around the edges. Rooms were excellent!! We never left the resort!! Definitely return.

My stay the hotel was very pleasant. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way if offers a pleasant stay. I stayed there for 4 nights as I was attending a wedding nearby. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. It has a very large pool where you can relax with your cocktails during the "happy hour", which was from midday to 21:00. The only minus point was the breakfast which was very minimal and basic.
