This hotel is a good choice for the visit of the temples of Angkor in Siem Reap. Everybody working at the facility was very kind, helpful and professional.

The staff and owners were incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was delicious, and we were right near many amazing restaurants. The pool was a great way to cool down after a hot day out and about. We would stay here again!

Lovely little hotel. Very centrally located but quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience. Hope to come back some time.

Such an amazing B&B, clean, beautiful, cozy & well located. It’s super close to pub street, and within a neighbourhood full of bars, cafes and restaurants. The team is lovely, the owners are super helpful! The on-site restaurant is delicious!

The inn services were very nice, especially American-English breakfast they serve was excellent. But it’s difficult to contact them by phone number given or by Facebook, simply didn’t pick up calls and no replies. It’s written as the hotel provides airport pickups and all but it is not really true. We arrived by bus, they arranged tuk tuk for us but only after contacting and asking them to do so, thus picking up guests didn’t feel like their usual routine. Moreover for our flight back they arranged tuk tuk but by arrival the driver requested money from us! 7$! So the hotel don’t really provide airport pick up and drop off! One more thing to note is that rooms don’t have separate section for toilet tub, so whenever you use it the other person could hear and smell...

Maison557 was like a little oasis. We stayed in the Villa room which had its own pool. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. The staff was super kind and helpful.

This hotel was so beautiful... From breakfast to the decor. I can not fault it in any way. Great host. Great staff. Loved it.

Stayed for three nights in Siem Reap. In May it is very hot and humid. A full day of touring monuments can be exhausting. Plan to start before sunrise, around 5:30 am to be back around noon time. Mosquitos were an issue for us. Denise, the owner/manager, has in place a very friendly and helpful team. Room was actually like a little independent apartment with a sitting area, very spacious, large bathroom. Decoration was pleasant. Hotel staff helped us to arrange tours and packaged a picnic box for us when we left early.

The location was close enough to town to walk if you wished, but removed from the hustle and bustle enough to give you a sense of peace. Great staff, excellent breakfast and a really nice room (with an outdoor shower that we both absolutely loved). I'd stay again happily

Before arriving, we received welcoming emails which actually seemed to have been written by real people, asking if we wanted any further services (tour booking etc). Arriving ahead of schedule, we were shown into our room and spent a pleasant half hour chatting with the duty manager about what to expect/look for/avoid in Siem Reap. He was always ready to assist us and advise us during our stay. The hotel was cool, quiet and shady - a real haven in the hot, humid atmosphere. Elegant, spacious rooms and a pleasant garden where we had breakfast each morning. A book of photographs in our room introduced each member of staff as a real person. The breakfasts were splendid, if a bit too much for us. No minibar, no TV - what a treat. My only minor complaint is that sometimes they carried the hands off management style to extremes. We would return from having supper in town to find nobody around some evenings. But thus really didn't inconvenience us, and I'm sure if we had found it a problem they would have done something about it. All in all, the experience was more like staying with some rather refined friends than renting a room in a hotel.

Nice boutique B&B.

Our only regret is that we were in Siem Reap only two nights as the area needs more time and Maison 557 was such a great place to stay. From being met at the airport to Jeff greeting our arrival with glasses of fresh orange juice and advice and information to his assistance in finding our next lodging, we could not have been more satisfied. The room was delightful and charming, the gardens and pool refreshing and the staff more than accommodating. We highly recommend this well located Inn.
