This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Cambodia. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staffs were very kind and professional. The rooftop bar and pool was one the highlights to relax. I will definitely stay here again.

During our week-long stay at Naki Suites, we received exceptional service, starting from the moment I made the booking and extending to arranging our airport pick-up. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting every guest at the door with a warm smile. Our room was consistently clean, thanks to the daily cleaning service provided. The location was excellent, offering both safety and convenience, with a market within walking distance and a variety of activities and restaurants nearby. I am definitely planning to stay here again and highly recommend it, particularly for families traveling with kids.

Went through three rooms at check in. First smelled like sewage. Second room smelled like smoke (entire property is supposed to be non-smoking). Third room was good. Hot water in shower only lasts 3-4 mins max. Front desk staff are very nice but getting your cash deposit back upon checkout is difficult. They don’t seem to have a good system to track it. Took about 15 mins. That said, good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Almost always a tuk-tuk waiting outside. AC is great. Room was clean, although a little run down. Same for rooftop pool. Beautiful, but missing some tiles. Value for money is good. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time I’m in Phnom Penh.

Semi-self catering apartment in a tower reasonably near the centre of town, although you are going to have to traverse a lot of traffic to get here. Minor annoyances are there's a $100 security deposit up front which isn't really mentioned, and the kitchen is not quite equipped enough to be full self-catering. No big knife, for example, stuff you're not going to be carrying around. Generally a bit worn and dated, the pool has tiles missing, the room was a bit musty, remote controls for the aircons and tvs seen a lot of action. I booked a double and a twin, but for some reason they had me as 4 adults plus 1, not 2 adults plus 3 and ended up with two doubles. So these points aside it's still pretty reasonable and provides a good alternative to having multiple hotel rooms or getting the penthouse. En suite in the main room with a bath, with a shared shower toilet for the second room, there was hot water as needed, there's a safe, tv in both master and lounge, cupboards everywhere, tiny little dressing gowns and slippers but no coat hangers. Three slightly tired aircon units that worked.

Very nice hotel in a good location, front desk is professional, room staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast staff is very polite. Overall it’s slight above an 8.5 for me, the pool is gorgeous with a great view but it’s missing tiles. The gym doesn’t have much but I guess it’s enough. Good location.

We have stayed in the Naki suites in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night . The first impression was not great : the apartment had no electricity and was smelling cigarettes like hell . We call the reception , the person came after 20 minutes . Meanwhile we had found the fuse box and reset the electricity by ourselves ( although it went off again after 3 minutes ) . The apartment also need some repairs here and there and was not cleaned properly . In the middle of the night , some people tried to enter the apartment . They had the regular cards , so the apartment was sold twice by the hotel . Luckily we put the security , else they could have entered , and that would not have been great. Breakfast on top of the building was below average if not poor . The only thing nice was the view. I do not think I would recommend this hotel
