it was just OK in every-way and appeared not very frinedly. lots of cats at the entrance hall.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Up graded my room for very reasonable price. Thank you TT For a most enjoyable stay. Edward

Everything is fine but the wi-fi connection always keep on and off.

Really nice location in the center of Phnom Penh. The room is basic but clean. I would recommend if you have limited budget.

The hotel was under a lot of renervating. The Tut-Tut drivers drive you mad wanting your sevice. As a whole I doubt if I would return to Pheon Penh as I felt that the people not want tourist - only your money. I have been in Siem Reap now 3 days and so much nicer people there. I' m afraid Cambodia is still trying hard .to find itself.

Very friendly staff, however the room was quite small and the toilet was terrible (it didn't have a shower!)! There was no view from the room, just a dark room out of the "window"! And at night I good hear some noise from the toilet, maybe the water tubes, I don't know! They had good breakfast! I would not recommend it, cheap but I expected something better!

I recommend this guesthouse if you are a backpacker.it's close to many tourist destinations.

had a rather unhappy experience here. Firstly I was told that the guest house was fully booked but i told the receptionist that I had noted from the Expedia website there were rooms available. he said then you booked through the website. I booked a single aircon room with attached bathroom for 2 nights. I noted there was no blanket provided , and the room steward was asked to go to bring one to my room. I went with him to the storeroom. Imagine my surprised that he gave me a bedsheet instead of a blanket. later he got the bedcover !!!I told him I need a blanket not bedsheet or cover and I went back to my room hoping he will sort out and bring me the blanket. he never did !!!! I asked for an extension to check out at 1300 hrs as my flight was 1530 hrs but they do not agree unless I pay as the rule is 1200 hrs checkout time was 1200 hrs noon. another thing was there were many tuk tuk drivers hanging around the counter to offer their services which I booked one for a whole day city tour and also for my hotel to airport . Imagine my shock that on the day of my departure, he did not turn up although in the morning I still saw him at the counter and he even reminded me of my hire to airport ! I later found out from the receptionist that he got a booking for city tour for the day and forgo my appointment as city tour pays better than airport transfers !!! He dont even bother to inform me at all !!!!. food wise not so convenient.

Matress is broken, with Springs coming out. The reseptionist Just wantet to turn the Matress round. I refused and got another room. But still the water from the zink is going straight on the floor. Wallpaper is falling off and sugarants are plentifull

部屋にエアコンがなく、下が台所で音がうるさい！

酒店地理位置是真的很好了，半个小时以内的步行可以达到几乎所有的主要景点。餐厅跟便利店也在5分钟步行以内有若干选择。 但房间没有热水提供，床是塌的，空调滴水，WIFI不给力。考虑到价钱也只好将就了。 掌柜及伙计都友善好客。

広くて清潔、快適なお部屋でした。スタッフの方が皆親切。とても良い気分で滞在できました。一階レストランのクメール料理が美味しかったです。ランチ・ディナータイム以外の中途半端な時間でも料理を作っていただけて助かりました。また、フロントでバス、ボート等乗り物のチケットが買えます。シェムリアップ行きバスチケットを取ってもらいました。

とてもスタッフの方々が親切でたくさん友達ができました。 次に行く時もココに泊まりたいと思いました。

Dirty and messy hotel. Some staff are ignorant and boring.
