I had an incredible stay here at the Tube Resort. I highly recommend this spot. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The restaurant had many different types of food on their menu too. We also liked the dogs

If you have an opportunity to visit either Koh Rong, or Koh, Rong, Sanloem, this truly is the only place to stay! The rooms are basic, but extremely clean and housekeeping keeps them that way at all times, front desk is warm and welcoming! But for me, the best part of this hotel is the restaurant staff!! Sopha and Chanda who work in the morning and afternoon, are without a doubt the two finest servers I’ve ever encountered in my numerous travels around the world as well as being a hotelier for over 35 years! And what is pretty much a three star resort, these ladies, as well as the other restaurant staff provide you with five star five diamond service, they remember your habits, know what you order, know what you like to drink, it’s as if they read your mind, you don’t even have to ask! Please please remember to tip these fine individuals! They survive on very little income monthly, and even one dollar can change their life, hopefully you’ll tip far more than a dollar however!

Great and beautiful Resort in a Private Beach. Spacious room, breakfast included and nice and friendly of staff and manager.

The Tube Resort is a quiet resort on the peninsula of Koh Rong Sanloem a 25 min boat ride or 1.5 hour walk from Saracen Bay where the majority of the other resorts are located. If you're after a quiet getaway where you can relax and unwind in a pleasant resort with a great pool and nice restaurant then I'd recommend The Tube Resort. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also a bar and restaurant up the hill called the Sky Bar which has good views and is worth a visit. The area is still under development around the resort and litter is a big problem either side of the resort which is a shame given the beautiful location. If you're after 3-4 days of complete relaxation and 'down time' then The Tube Resort is a good option. Stayed over New Years 2023/24 and had a great time. Thanks to all the beautiful staff who work so hard to give their guests a wonderful experience.

Short distance from mainland is a plus . Quiet and clean . Friendly helpful staff .
The downside is the lack of activities , difficulty in communication , many services not using credit / debit cards and thevplain lack of things to do : its a great place but needs additions and training for staff to improve standards .

The hotel is a bit worn down. We stayed 5 nights and our room never was cleaned, nor did we receive clean towels. The bathroom wall was mildewing. The staff was extremely kind with all situations, but very busy taking care of big groups. There were no lounge chairs for the beach which made it difficult to relax outside. Also, the menu was still limited from Covid, therefore, there was no variety in food. We ended up taxing to another beach for food multiple times. The beach itself is gorgeous and well maintained.

it is not a 5 start resort. But it gets really close taking in consideration the price you pay. Rooms are very recent and everything works. Breakfast is good although the buffet doesn’t have many choices. The location is the best. Both pool and beach are amazing. Staff English is acceptable but you need to make sure they understand you

Beautiful beach and lovely room and property. It is more private so attention which pier you plan to arrive on.
Food was decent and the staff were pretty attentive, although the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, make sure you check your bill, we had a couple extras that weren’t ours mistakenly added to our bill.
Amazing place for relaxing, not the place to go for adventure.

Great Hotel with a really nice pool. Staff were very nice. Location was really beautiful and beach was great. Just a few things didn't hit the mark. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, room door wasn't sealed and no inside lock. Seemed to have a lot of maintenance work going on which was very noisy and unpleasant at times. Restaurant food was ok but some of the currys were made with instant mix powder which was disappointing considering the price. Would definitely recommend this hotel however things could be a lot better.

We booked only one night after three nights spent at Saracen Bay. Recommend staying at Saracen Bay. The vibe is much nicer. Not the hotel's fault, but there are more choices on the other side, as here you are really secluded and dependent on the hotel for everything. The staff was super nice, the hotel however, one night was enough. As soon as you arrive, you notice major construction happening at the pier next to the beach (forget relaxation). The room was alright but next to the swimming pool with screaming children most of the 24h we were there.

The room is great and the environment is calm. I like the beach is not busy, not too many people.
But the room is a little bit hot during daytime. I think the construction material of the room is not efficient for heat insulation.
I saw new construction development is in progress for the island. I hope government and people can take balance to protect this beautiful island.

Cannot fault the hotel the staff where lovely and very welcoming and chatty throughout our stay.
Couple of things they could improve on. Better options for food choices, menu was limited for an isolated place although cannot fault the quality of the food. More options for lunch would be good
There was a bit of construction work going on at the hotel and either side of the resort which disturbed the peace a bit but the manager apologised for this and gave us a free cocktail 😁, as it’s off season these things happen.
I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone as they do a great job
