Always a fantastic stay at the Alt! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, stunning river views, the coziest and cleanest rooms around, and best of all the most welcome staff that always goes above and beyond! Cannot wait to be back soon.

Room it’s amazing and very clean, I’ll be back

Lots of options in walking distance. Be prepared to have to park somewhere else, seems like anyone can park in their garage. Overall it was a nice stay, staff was friendly.

Elevator was broken and it took up to 10 minutes to get to the lobby from the 5th floor as it kept going up and down and with a long line.

Clean room

The room was great. Clean. Exactly as expected. Disappointed that restaurant for breakfast on the weekend closed at 10am; would have been good for them stay open until noon, as tat was the checkout time.

The rooms are nice and uniquely decorated. We had a room with a couch so it was larger than the standard room. Great view of the river and sunrise.

Room was good. Parking situation is very inconvenient and one elevator is down so it made for a lot of time spent waiting. Would not stay again.

Great experience. Housekeeping did a great job when needed and front desk very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, very accommodating.

Elevator was still broken from my last stay,Valentine’s Day. One elevator is not sufficient to the needs of an entire hotel. Our room was extremely hot and muggy.

Staff was awesome. I needed help once or twice lol. They helped.

I love staying there beautiful rooms great area of Saskatoon.

Room was very clean. Parking was convenient. Food of the restaurant was fabulous, and staff was very friendly. I will definately come back for the next trip!

Perfect all around.

Loved the location. Parking is a bit squishy in a truck….staff were amazing. The bokeh lounge/restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing! Only bummer was only one elevator in a fully booked hotel. More annoying than anything. And no access to the stairs.

Pretty nice place and location. Was so clean even though the elevator wasn’t working had to wait extra long to get up to my floor

Very courteous staff, great room with a lovely view of the South Saskatchewan river, but…there were glitches. I was not best pleased when after paying extra for parking ($20), parking in their downstairs parking garage and then returning to retrieve something from the car a few minutes later that I found $84 parking ticket under my windshield wiper. When I brought the ticket to the front desk it was dealt with immediately, but still pretty annoying. There was more automotive drama later on the evening when we returned to the hotel after attending a family dinner. We drive an electric car and initially I was pleased to see the hotel had Level 2 chargers in their garage. A lot of hotels provide this service for free. I plugged in thinking the car was charging. But when I returned to my room I got a warning saying the car wasn’t charging. I trudged back downstairs and stopped by the front desk asking if they knew about any issue with the chargers? The guy manning the desk apologized, said he knew about the chargers since they were managed by a third party service provider. When I got back down to the garage — by now it was 10 pm — I discovered the chargers were Flo chargers, that I would need my smartphone to start one, and that Flo would charge me $4 an hour to use them, except between the hours of 2 am and 7 am, when charging is free. Fair enough, except…Flo also has chargers in a parking structure next door to the Alt. My Flo app wanted to activate those chargers, not the one
